    Skylight, roofing and ceiling replacement

    Skylights Unlimited was the most professional of the many companies I contacted off the internet. They came when they said they would, gave a reasonable estimate and start time, and worked with me as I changed the scope of the project to include replacing the water-damaged portion of a stipple ceiling as well as repairing the roof and replacing the skylight that had caused the water damage in the first place. Even more impressive were the two workers who did the actual work. Did their work when they said they would, finished on time, and had minimal intrusion into my home. They even moved the protective plastic sheeting they'd set up when I had a major appliance delivered through their work area, and took pictures to show me the extent of the damage and the nature of the repair. All the staff acted very professionally, something I don't see very often these days: polite, helpful, nice people. Most importantly, their work is top-notch. Can't see where the ceiling was patched, and the new skylight and repaired section of roof is great. No surprises on the cost, and they finished when they said they would. I'd use them again with pleasure.

    Skylight Replacement

    After a bathroom renovation we discovered a leak in an old skylight. We tried to fix the problem ourselves but the leak continued and in the end we searched for a reliable skylight company. Skylights Unlimited came highly recommended on Home Stars and so we called them. Everything was straight-forward and seamless. Denis came out and was able to asses the situation and recommend a replacement skylight. The crew that came out was polite, quick and careful. Everything was finished in one afternoon leaving us with a clean and worry free new skylight. Thank you Skylights Unlimited.

    Replace 3 leaking skylights and repair minor roof damage.

    Competitive price and good ratings convinced us to use this installer. Considering their higher overhead running a commercial building instead of working from a home office, Dennis did well on the price. I was not disappointed. One leak in the roof after installation was quickly attended to. Friendly efficient service and great guys. What more can I say? I almost wish I needed other skylights replaced. No, just kidding.

    replacement of two leaking skylights

    From the initial visit to completion of the job, staff knew evey detail of the problem and how to fix it with our skylights. No other company offered the expertise we found with this company. Polite, efficient, reliable and clean! Perhaps a little more expensive than others but we feel we got our money's worth and a valid guarantee as well.

    Installation of 12 Velux Sun Tunnels

    My cathedral roof was leaking! I chose to replace all dozen of my 1999 tubular skylights (not Velux brand). I selected, from a list of recommended installers, Denis Charron's company "Skylights Unlimited". Denis made a quick response and careful assessment for me. His Markham office staff Tina (and Sarah) arranged for the experienced work crew, Jeff and Nick who worked four days around two rainfalls and one August heatwave; took on-the-spot photos; kept my house interior free of "deconstruction/construction" debris; installed 12 Velux Sun Tunnel Skylights, and cleaned up everything. Denis Charron and his team are energetic, enthusiastic about their profession and a pleasure to do business with, I'm very pleased with their workmanship, and my dry ceilings.     Skylight / Eavestrough / Maxi Vents

    Thank you Denis / Sarah / Tina & the entire Skylight Unlimited team. The price compared to the rest of the quotes was by far better - Competitive and good value for product. Professional - Efficient. Extremely polite, took the time to make me understand each and every part of the process.. True to their word, their installers showed up right on time, as expected. The guys were great, very friendly, courteous and cleaned everything up after themselves once they were done. We're very happy with the results and will definitely use them again in the future.

    Skylight repair

    I would describe my skylight dome replacement a small job and I hoped I could find a company to do it. Denis and his staff at Skylights Unlimited Inc. obviously considers every job big or small very important. The estimate was bang on and the service excellent.

    Custom Skylight Replacement

    Denis and the Skylights Unlimited team were excellent to work with - they helped us figure-out the right solution to replace our abnormally large skylights with custom Vellux units. Prep was a breeze, the work was completed quickly and cleanly, and the new units are a drastic improvement in all respects. They were also cheaper than buying traditional 'bubble' skylights that would have offered a great deal less durability and insulation value. I'd recommend them without reservation.

    Installation of one 4x4 Skylight

    Skylights Unlimited installed a new Velux 4’ x 4’ skylight in our stairway. We are so pleased with the outcome of the work they did. The once dark stairway, is now bright and sunny – what a difference! The knowledgeable crew did an excellent and professional job. We couldn’t be happier.
