    New Home with Trico

    This is our second New Home Build and we can definitely say that this Trico home-building experience is much better than that of our first home (with another builder). We were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by the Sales Team (Greg and Reed). During the process, we were able to easily make some desired changes to the design of our home and are very happy with it. Sarah at the Design Center was amazing: so accommodating and helpful during the design selection process. We received great service throughout the building process from all the Trico teams - sales, design, site supervision, walk-through, warranty. We highly recommended Trico Homes. Great work!

    New Home Build

    I cant say enough about our experience building a home with Trico Homes. From the time we walked into the show home and met Shawna to the day we took posession, every step met or exceeded our expectations. Wil sent us weekly updates and pictures of the progression of our home. Signature lighting, Sonata window furnishings and the Trico Homes Design Center were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Alex from the design center is amazing. Tje walkthroughs were thourough and they took all the time needed to answer all questions. I would build with Trico Homes again in a heartbeat. I not only feel like im a member of the beautiful community of Belmont but also a member of the Trico Homes family because thats how they treated me and my daughters. Couldnt have had a better experience.

    Excellent Service

    It was the excellent professionalism of George and Michael that encouraged us to take 2 units in this area. From the start to the end, they kept us posted and guided us through. The walkthrough issues were solve immediately. The staff doing on line concerns,and issues are commendable too. We're happy to live here. Keep it up.

    Oxford

    We have decided to buy our first New home from a builder , and I’m impressed with the experience so far . Our regional manager George Safdary is very professional and makes things clear and easy , which takes away any scepticism we had on embarking on this journey .     Do not build with Trico

    Buyer beware - customer service will deny, deny and deny any issues with your new build. They are completely incompetent and only care about making money. The pics included show how they say that my house won’t flood even though the loam is spilling over my window wells. My garage side door is below grade level and water floods into my garage in the winter, but according to Trico there is no issue. BE WARNED....

    Trico Homes takes feedback very seriously. All homeowners are provided with a final grade certificate which is produced by a land surveying company. These grades are set by the developer to ensure what is flowing away from the home. I can see from the pictures that the soil is sloping away from the home so water should drain away from the window well. With that said; and to make sure that is the case, I would be happy to send our Senior Service Technician to your home to take another look. We definitely don't want water in your basement.     customer satisfaction survey

    We are first time Trico home buyers. We really like our house design but the finished product was done very poorly for example:- unfinished areas are flooring in the kitchen splitting apart, kitchen island corner has big crack also hood fan vent fell on the stove and made scratch on the cook top and many more. we did survey before but after that we start noticing more problems. the sales manger was great its just contractor did not do good job. Trico team is very understanding and willing to work with us.

    Several repairs needed and house is only Five Years old

    The house built by Trico will be five years old in a few days. Here is a list of things that have gone wrong during the past fives years (and the home owners have to pay to fix): 1) heavy metal hood-fan filter installed incorrectly. During the first couple months of ownership, the filters fell down (on their own) breaking the glass induction stove top. Trico blamed 'another company,' another company replaced the hood fan; however, the home owner was left to pay for new stove top as no one would take responsibility. 2) Laminate on kitchen cupboards started peeling off from the middle of cupboard...like the adhesive stopped working (I have to replace kitchen cupboards after five years?!) 3) Tap in bathroom fell off cracking sink (the taps are heavy / solid). We now need to replace the sink. 4) Staining and etching on quartz counter tops (in 10 years, this NEVER happened at the last house I owned with Quartz counter tops) 5) Dishwasher installed crooked. Repair person damaged the dishwasher during repair. No one was accountable, once again. 6) Plumbing in showers needed to be replaced at year three. 7) Drywall tape peeling in area. Our last home was almost 50 years old and didn't have this many issues - I am disappointed that my new home is costing me this much in repairs already!

    Wolf Willow Build

    Working with Trico was such a great experience as first time home builders. The entire process was well laid out from the very beginning. Ashleigh was so knowledgeable, helpful, always answered our million questions in a timely manner, and was overall fantastic to work with. Alex at the design centre was very helpful in making many stressful decisions a lot easier, and we ended up with beautiful finishings that we love, and fit into our budget. During the building process Darin was great with our questions, and we got to see our home come to life. Dean and his team were great during our walkthroughs, and after possession, as well as Theresa and the warranty team. The Trico team was easy to work with and we are so happy to have chosen them as our builder.

    My new Trico home

    My first new Trico home. While I was a little nervous at first to buy a new home on my home I was also very excited. I never expected the quality of the home and the service of the home inspection and continued follow through on anything required. The home itself is beautifully upgraded. The quality of Windows, floor to ceiling tiles and beautiful open concept is better then anticipated. So much room for storage and 1 1/2 garage. I love all the windows which bring the sunshine in. Its really hard to know going into a purchase on your own what to expect. I had awesome guidance from the Sales associate pointing out all the great aspects of the home. I finally feel like I am HOME

    New Home Build

    My wife and I just took possession of our custom "built for us" Trico home and couldn't be happier. Ryan was awesome to work with during the planning stage and quickly and patiently answered all our questions during the building process. Clayton, Gary and Theresa have also been great to work with post possession. We did explore other options for a new build however chose Trico for quality and value.
