Single Home
This is the 2nd time that we bought our home in Trico. We can say that dealing with the team of Trico is not hard. They are actually easy to talk to and they understand what is our need especially on what specific ideas on our minds when it comes to the lay-out and outcomes of inside and outside of the house especially in the part of a living room, bedrooms and laundry area. The Area Sales Manager, Justin, is great! He's very helpful, very kind and very patient in every step of the process when we're dealing with him. He really made an extra effort to ease our burden to satisfy our wants. Also, the team Erica & Karan, who kept us up to date on the status during and after the construction. The warranty team, Bill and Jacob are also very nice to talk to especially when we noticed a lot of concerns during the possession date. The construction engineer, Jim, who is also a very nice person to us and understands what we need when we mentioned our concerns in the lay-out of the house during inspection day and construction. These people are all amazing!... helpful and very approachable with their clients. We really want to say " Thank you so much for all your concerns and cooperation". We are hoping that the grading on both sides of the house, back and side entrance stairs and other concerns outside of the house will be finish this summer time like what they promised to us. Again, Thank you so much Trico team. We will continue to recommend Trico Builders to our family and other circle of friends. Thanks so much!...

New Trico Home!
My husband and I bought a Trico home in Crestmont. From the beginning until the end Kelsey was amazing to work with and made our whole buying process so much easier. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable with all of our questions. She would answer emails immediately and was always on the same page as us. We felt very taken care of every step of the way and this put our minds at ease! We also had a great experience with Maurice who was very patient and kind during our final walk throughs! He made the long process easy and was a pleasure to work with. We unfortunately did not have a great experience with Base Electronics or Supreme Security who are contracted out through Trico. We felt communication and service were severely lacking and that we were a burden and not a valued customer. Overall, Trico themselves were a great team and we are happy with our new home!

We Love our new Trico Home!
We Love our new Trico home! Our sales Representative Henry was Great! He put up with so many questions and concerns. He was Amazing at guiding us through the process of doing our first home build. The Construction supervisor John was very helpful in doing a very professional job of addressing any concerns during the build. The Design center was Incredibly helpful in leading us through all the complexities of creating a very comfortable living space. It was a long process but the end result was well worth the wait!

New Home
Trico was great from start to finish. They made every step of the process easy and kept us up to date. We noticed part way through that a window was higher than expected and they ensured a timely fix that made a huge difference. Would work with them again!

Amazing experience and talented work staff. It was a pleasure to build with Trico ,The team here at Trico (Erica & Raj) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in all aspects..They were extremely flexible and willing to work with us to make our home a success. I will continue to recommend Trico to all my family and friends. If you are considering building with Trico , you certainly won’t regret it

Project
Wonderful job done, Equisitely finished just as we wanted it. Project came on time as planned. I would recommend Trico again and again, Trico or none. my next home would surely be built by Trico.

Yes trico beat the nearest competition by a good margin , quality wise first and price wise too, and I am happy with my decision to choose Trico instead of the competitors

Trico home
The construction management were nice and helpful. Then the design manager was a horrible person. Our house was not made the proper way, our walls had paint that was dripped and then covered again with paint, holes that were made with drill that weren’t covered, a nail was through the door, and the side sink/counters were not painted. Do not wait around to choose the house features later on, choose before sending the purchase papers. They will charge you higher as you choose saying it is an upgrade. They showed in the show home that you would have laminate in the main floor suite and when you go to design centre they tell you half the homes are half carpet and half laminate. They are falsely advertising by saying every house has the same thing but when you go to design centre they charge a few thousand bucks extra. Some neighbours also had the similar experience as us.

Trico Homes
We were looking around for a comfortable house to downsize and we came across Trico homes show homes in Redstone. We met Aly he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us the duplexes according to our likes and need. All was taken care of and in a timely manner from start to finish. Jennifer in the office and Bill were very helpful and made things easier all the way. Everyone is appreciated and we're supportive from taking possession till the end. Jennifer and Bill we appreciate your help and support all the way thanks. Hope the best to all!

Satisfied
We bought the House from Trico and it’s excellent. In addition, their customer service is fantastic as they try to fix stuff promptly as it’s a new house so some minor fixings.
