    Amazing Service and Care

    I would highly recommend purchasing a Trico home. First off, our realtor recommended them and when my wife and I walked in we were serviced right away and left to do our exploring. Initially we didn't know who to go with but from experience I have dealt with companies that were B Corp certified. Knowing that Trico was one made it a lot easier as they are held to the highest standards along with the contractors that work with them, have the same expectation. Ken, Andee, and Devin at the sales office was extremely kind, patient and really easy to work with. They accommodated our schedules when we were meeting with them. Obviously there are just some things that just had to be done during the day but we managed. They walked us through every process, and step of the way. Being an emerald I had a TON of questions and thank you Ken for being patient and answering all of them even at 11PM at night or sometimes 1AM. When we took possession of our home the day of we met Maurice, Brian, and Darryl. Pretty much an awesome welcoming party! Who were all on-site at the time we arrived around 8:35AM. They were all very patient with us walking us through every room and advising of the different features/functions. Which, I found extremely helpful. Definitely helpful when it came to the HRV system which I am not used to at all. We then later met Dean who was also very nice and pleasant to speak with. After we took possession of our home we had some issues and in emailing Theresa. She is amazing to deal with as she would take the time to get back to us right away, and ensure we would get our issue taken care of. Most if not all of our concerns have been resolved in a timely manner. I am impressed with the Trico team and kudos to them for providing such an amazing buying experience and after-sale service experience. It isn't often that we buy homes but the next one I'd like to get would be a Trico home as well.

    New Home

    Thanks to the team at TRICO, Andrew and Madison, Ryan and Tim, who supported us through our first experience of a new house build, we survived! They helped the house on paper become a home in reality. During the early stages of the purchase process, we were able to customize the floor plan to meet our specific needs. Andrew was careful and detail-oriented in his approach to ensure our requests were achievable. He and the team communicated efficiently to keep us within the deadlines and sent us weekly photo updates of the construction in progress. As we didn't know what to expect as first-time new home buyers, we really appreciated the response time to our questions and openness to make changes. The design team was equally supportive; their suggestions steered us into making the right selections which are now evident in our home - they're beautiful! We are grateful to those at TRICO who made our experience a pleasant and positive one and who continue to support us through this first year. Of course, there have been those "we should have..." and "why didn't they..." moments that are all part of the learning curve. TRICO's standards of professionalism are high as is the quality of their workmanship and finishing. We have no hesitation in recommending them for this new house to home journey!

    Viridian Condominium

    My wife and I had the opportunity to review a few vacant units. We decided on one quite quickly. We were quite impressed with the finishing. We have been very happy with Trico dealing with any issues of workmsnship. When we found some minor inconstancies, they were quickly dealt with by Tico's efficient warranty department My wife and I have owned the Viridian property for Over a year now and are quite comfortable our condo. The radiating heating under the floor is quite efficient, the condos electrics and plumbing all efficient. The Trico property in my mind was a wise choice and would recommend the builder to anyone wanting a well built home.

    2nd New Home Build!

    My husband and I were delighted with the build process we experienced with Trico that we decided to go for it again. Kelsey, Pete and the team were exceptional. Because of their patience with us we are now living in a beautifully built home and couldn't be happier.

    New Home

    We were first time homebuyers and the team at Seton Unity townhomes made the process easy! They were wonderful to work with and gave us quick responses when we had an enquiry. They always provided us with lots of product information and gave us updates on a regular basis. We have been living in our new home for almost 6 months and we love it. When we moved in, the site manager did a detailed walkthrough a week before our posession date and all issues were taken care of by our posession date. Thanks for making our new home purchase such a breeze.

    First Home

    My brother and I purchased our first homeroom Trico and could no have asked for a better experience. Paul was amazing at walking us through and explaining the purchasing process the entire time. He was able to answer any questions we had and had some great recommendations. The site manager Walter was such a big help with getting us set up. He even helped us patch and paint after we decided to install a second closet rod in each of the bed rooms. I would definitely recommend Trico Homes to anyone looking to buy a home especially first time home buyers.

    Incredible Customer Service

    As a realtor, I met with Paul from Trico Homes when I showed one of his properties to my client and unfortunately she wasn't ready to buy. 2 weeks later, she went by the showhome without me and dealt directly with Paul. He helped her pick a different unit, one that suited her much better. I was incredibly impressed with Paul, not only did he give my client great service, but he made sure i got my commission. I will tell you, I highly recommend Trico Homes, they are a class act company.

    New Home Build

    This was my first home buying (and home building) experience in Canada. Shawna and Matthew over at the area sales centre in Belmont made this experience a breeze. They were not only very knowledgeable, but also very helpful. For my first time experience I obviously had a lot of questions. They took the time to explain everything in detail to me, both in person and over the e-mail (sometimes even late at night and on weekends). Subsequent meetings at the design centre were overwhelming at first with all the different items and upgrades to choose from. The studio staff were very helpful and professional in their advice and they made me feel confident that the items I mixed and match would work well together. The information the site sup provided me during the home walkthroughs was very informative and easy to understand. I am not very technical but he made sure I understood what everything was for and how to properly maintain the things in and around the house. All in all it has been a pleasure working with Trico and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home.

    Incredible Service

    Just wanted to send a Thank you and referral to Jayce, the Manager at TRICO homes in Wolf Willow. I let him know I was looking at the TRICO showhomes he is based out of, but that I'm purchasing in another community. You would think knowing that, he would have been less helpful since I wasn't purchasing from him. It was the opposite. He was very helpful, gave me a lot of valuable information, was very complimentary towards his colleague in the community I'm looking at and was very helpful going over the homes, the options/upgrades and telling me all about the community I'm purchasing in and how great it was. This is definitely a guy you want helping you.

    New home

    Hi, Quality of work is good,before to built my home I already recommend to my two friends even I introduced to them about TRICO in Sherwood and they booked the house with Trico and now they are living there. When I saw the quality of work I decided to book the house with TRICO
