    Loving our Trico built home

    After moving to Cochrane from BC, I am so very pleased with the build of our Trico built home. We had the pleasure of working with the most wonderful sales manager who went above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had regarding the building process of our new home. Once we took possession we were very happy with our home. The small things that did require attention were dealt with in a timely matter. I can not thank the trico team enough.

    Wentworth Pointe

    I am a newcomer of Canada. It is somehow a norm that it is impossible for a newcomer to buy a house once landed and should start with renting a place. My wife and I choose not to follow the herd and attempt to purchase a property before we fly in. We found Wentworth Pointe on website and met Crystal in the showroom and the amazing journey started. While I was still in my home country and struggling with the mortgage, Crystal was being flexible in keeping the unit for me until the last minute of mortgage approval. Our communication was email and WhatsApp, so it was the mutual trust that kept the journey going. At the end of the day, we were able to possess our home upon our arrival at Canada. Truly appreciate the support of Crystal. THANKS!

    Trico New Build in D’Arcy

    We have lived in this beautiful HOME for just over a month now and I just need to do a shout out to Trico Homes for EVERYTHING they have done before, during and after possession. This company is the best and I’m beyond thrilled with every single part of this process. Trico has gone above and beyond in all my expectations, I can’t say express my gratitude enough. Good job Trico, you follow through on everything and value integrity!

    Viridian Condo

    My experience with Trico was phenomenal. They really care about attention to detail, making sure we have everything we need for move in and the condo we bought is so modern and perfect for me and my girlfriend. excellent company, excellent experience we are so happy with our condo!!

    First house in Calgary

    We bought our first house from trico homes. Before buying this house we shop around about 35-40homes. But in all of those we decided to buy the house from trico. I think we made a good decision. We experienced good service.

    New House - Trico Homes

    We bought our new house from Trico Homes and it was a good experience. The sales team were awesome from the beginning to the end of the sale. They sent me the documents I needed for my mortgage way ahead of time and when I needed clarification, they were more than willing to provide it. The house inspection went well too as there were just a few things that needed to be done before moving in. Overall, It was a very good experience.

    Trico Sales Team = Excellent Experience

    Shout out to the Trico Sales and Maintenance team. We bought a show home from Trico and dont usually like the process of buying a home but Trico changed our minds. We were completely happy with the entire process and would definitely recommend buying from Trico.

    Home building

    We are pleased to have trico as our first home builder. They make sure to make home building with them pleasant and stress free. They did an awesome job helping us choosing the right design and product to use inside and outside our home. They are always there to make sure we are satisfied and reply our concerns in a timely manner. I will totally recommend this company to everyone

    A Very Positive Experience

    I recently purchased my townhouse in Legacy it without a doubt has been a very positive experience. Adam on your sales team answered any and all questions promptly and professionally. This applies to the service/contract personnel - they responded quickly and completed any work including touch-ups, repairs or replacement to my satisfaction. I appreciate that Trico has strived to this level of customer service. Thank you!
