    New Home

    Choosing Trico to build our first new home was a great decision, sales team in Belmont were supporting, caring, friendly and always making sure that our concerns, questions and more were resolved fast and in the right way. Having the opportunity to see weekly updates of the construction gave us the confidence that everything was going in the right way and also catch up some small issues before they become big, making the orientation and possession process smother. The design and construction team were and have been awesome too, they really translated what we wanted in our new home. We want to take the opportunity to give special thanks to our designer for helping us to choose and combine everything so beautifully. Thanks to everybody involved in building our blessing new home.     New House in Legacy Calgary

    We bought our first house from Trico 8 months ago. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with everything in our new home. Everyone we worked with takes pride in their work and the quality of our home. We encountered a couple minor problems in the first few months, and the service department was quick to reply and get everything resolved.

    Excellent Service

    New house in Calgary South

    I built a new house from Trico Homes and took possession in last May. I waited a year before writing this review to make sure their service quality keep the same high level. Yes, it proved they are good at their doing and care about customers like me. I had very good experience with their team since day one. Area Sales Manager Clint helped us customized the house to fit our requirement. Theresa from Trico Homes service team always response quickly and solves any issue I have. My family is happy about the house quality and service Trico Homes provided. Trico Homes has a good team and I highly recommend their service.

    Loving my new condo. Place is beautiful and my guests are always very impressed. Sound proofing between my neighbours is excellent, I never hear any noise. The appliances are all super awesome as well. Happy I made this purchase

    Legacy common new purchase

    Very happy with the purchase of my new townhouse, lots of construction still in process...a bit slow in finishing up the cement around my building, still no grass....staff very friendly and helpful. Adam was very accommodating with all the request I made on the purchase as I was having issues with the sale of my home. Amended July 11/19 Very disappointed with the lack of concern by management to ensure that projects started are completed..have sent in inquiries about landscaping and cement and was told it is weather permitting..Cement work seems to finished, but the Landscaping is another question..it has been started but not finished, and the weather has been favourable ,so not sure what is going on..also there are lakes of standing water which are an excellent breeding ground for mosquitoes..I guess once they get your money they do not care what happens in the community ...

    Legacy

    DO NOT buy a Trico home! Since day one I have had the kitchen cabinets not shutting and has come back 4 times to try and fixed and still not. Issue after issue in the home. The landscapers that got hired had not a clue whey they were doing and no supervisors on site. Was never filled properly to begin with and got all the end pieces. Was over watered and full of bugs and really stinks!! My dog broke out in a weird rash. Head office doesn’t even have the commonly courtesy to respond to any emails and do not care. Very poor business practice and all head office staff should go back to customer services school. First moved in had to have someone over 3 times regarding the furnance, lights flickering, and cement over the garage door and back door which Trico is NOT getting out of not getting it off. Keeo getting blocked and out of my driveway severel days and was late for work because if it. No supervisors are never on site. We’re nails absolutely everywhere. False information how much the taxes would be per year and is double what I got told.

    New Home

    We bought our first house about four months ago which was one of Trico’s spec homes. The layout and finishes were exactly what we were looking for or even better. Since it was spec home, the process was quite simple. However, the customer service was great from the possession date until now. The walkthrough was thorough and fixes were done immediately which was convenient. Maurice also came back after 2 months upon request as we had ventilation questions and was able to answer them and more. We had a couple of minor issues after taking possession but after calling the warranty line, service calls were placed immediately and fixes completed shortly after. So far we’ve had a great experience with Trico Homes and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

    Another year, more issues...

    Another year gone by and more issues found with this house. Carpet bubbling everywhere on our upper level and so we are stretching it back only to find that the craftsmanship you boast about has left us with a carpet that should have one seam but is actually 3 due to the fact that it appears to have been cut short so there are 2 pieces of filler scabbed on to each side. Hope your new homes going up in Okotoks have a better standard than what we have here. Our opinion of this purchase remains the same as it did when we built and we still would not recommend you.

    project

    i really like concord home . there is three big washrooms. they provide all services on time. we like master bedroom.everything is perfect . kitchen is very beautiful and huge pentry
