    Townhome

    Trico was wonderful to deal with. Adam one of the sales people was extremely knowledgeable as well stayed in contact during my quick possession when he was on holidays. Trico has continued to stay in contact with any updates to my property along with making small touch ups when needed. Thank you Trico

    New Home

    I spent almost 4 years searching for a new home with a reliable home builders and i just took possession and it is a Great Home with excellent quality, service and so on. Right choice with Trico Homes!

    Trico Quality Builder

    After hearing so many horror stories about builders, I was a bit hesitant about getting house built. As we needed a few customization for our house, TRICO did it all. Each and every person I dealt with while building, is gem of a person. 5 months back we moved in. In service department Jennifer is the best!!!!!! no matter how many times I have contacted her for issues she has always been so nice to address the issue. John, Darren I can't thank enough. For sure Trico did an excellent Job and good builder. Everything was delivered in time. I did not had to follow up for Seasonal Work. Everything in terms of product you choose for your house like colors,style, cabinets,doors,switches,locks etc were installed correctly no rework was needed. Thanks Trico Team!!! Good Job.

    Riviera Home

    We purchased our home from Trico in April in Riviera and have had nothign but a positive experience. We love the neighborhood and the house is perfect for us. It was nice to find a quick possession and be able to move in so quickly. Only issue we had was with a light in the spare bedroom and it was fixed within a few days!

    Trico Homes - Verona

    Our experience with Trico Homes has been nothing but great. The floor plans that they offer are without a doubt the best. They utilize every space in the house so there is no "lost" space, and LARGE windows - lots and lots of sunlight. Customer service has been reliable and informative!

    New Home In Crestmont

    Trico has met and exceeded our expectations. Kelsey, Natalia and Ashleigh were very helpful in the planning process. They were great at returning calls and email, answering our questions and concerns. When we had concerns during the building process they went above and beyond to make sure our home met our expectations. Peter was wonderful to work with and we felt totally confident that he would meet our expectations and deadlines. Maurice was very thorough and made us feel confident in the work done. Building a home is always going to be stressful but we felt that the Trico team was working with us to help alleviate the stress.

    Beautiful New Home

    For 5 months my family and I had been looking for a brand new house from Airdrie all the way to Okotoks. We’ve been into many showhomes and talked to a lot of sales people but no one impressed us the way Shawna and Matthew does, they are amazing. They made us feel right at home since day one, they responded to my emails within minutes, They will stay after office hours if needed be, they will work for yoU and with you like family. Same goes to Brian and Clayton, they are awesome, they did everything perfect for our family. They explained even the tiniest details. They make sure the house is the perfect HOME for us. We have the greatest experienced working with this people, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

    New house purchase

    A year ago, as our family was about to grow, we were looking for a new place. We first started with Trico in Cochrane and met with Kelsey, who left us with an outstanding first impression as she was personable and professional. A few months later we decided that Cochrane wasn’t the best fit and decided to contact Trico in Crestmont West. We were very pleased to see that Kelsey was transferred there. Long story short, we decided to build a house and Kelsey was extremely thorough and diligent through the different steps. We were never caught by surprise for anything and even though the process of designing a house can be daunting, we felt in good hands and the expertise of the Trico team helped us a lot to make the right decisions. Kelsey was also very quick to answer our questions during the whole construction process. Customer service always come down with the person you are dealing with and a different person can make a world of difference. Kelsey worked very hard and Trico should be happy to have such a customer-oriented and competent employee. We also met with Peter who was overseeing the construction process and his insight was very valuable to make some tiny, last minute changes and he was also very quick on following up with the very few omissions and imperfections we noticed closer to possession date. By the time we received the keys, everything was fixed. We don’t plan to move ever again but Trico has been exceeding our expectations compared to the previous builder we had. Also, a big THANK YOU to Natalia and Ashleigh for being so nice, friendly and for the great photo updates every week! Also shoutout to Maurice who has been super duper thorough during both the orientation and possession date. Thanks again Trico!

    First Time Home Buyers/Builders

    This was the first time we had purchased/built a home and the team at Trico was amazing to deal with. Andrew (our Area Sales Manager in Cochrane) was quick to respond to emails or messages left regarding questions we had and the weekly update emails from Kim/Natalia were what we look forwarded to every week. Their excitement too made the experience that much more special. Our building team took great pride in the work they did and made sure we were walking away with a quality home that we would love day in and day out. Tim, Ryan, and the rest of the team were meticulous, detail oriented and truly cared about our experience as opposed to getting another build done and out of the way. They made sure we took our time during our walk through to take a look at everything and make note of paint touch ups needed or any type of ding that might have occured. They were even flagging things we hadn't pointed out, which showed us they really did want to make sure we were getting what we paid for. Highly recommend as a builder and we are so happy we chose them for this exciting new chapter in our lives!

    Project

    From day one we meet Andrew sale manager in Cochrane , we felt in good hands. Andrew really cared about us and our satisfaction on getting the perfect house build for our family! I highly recommended Trico if you looking for an honest and professional company. Very friendly and flexible staff . Get beautiful pictures of our home project every week and also email that explain every step of the construction. The experience was simply magical and we couldn’t expect more!! Thank you to each of you guys! We love our home and we continue to get an excellent service after the purchase! You are awesome.
