    Townhouse - Verona

    This was our first time buying a house and moving to a new province but Cindy made it seamless for us. She was quick and responsive to emails and was willing to work with us over the phone since we weren’t in Calgary. What drew us to Trico was that they have the best floorplans at a low price range and I’m so happy with our choice. Huge shoutout to Justine and Daren too! Will definitely recommend to family and friends back home.

    Purchase of new home

    Purchasing a new home is the biggest investment we made. We wanted to make sure our money is in the right direction and we are very grateful that TRICO has helped us a lot in this endeavor. From Sales, to design, to construction, to after sales and warranty service, the team has always been very helpful in all our concerns. Every aspect of the house was discussed and explained carefully. Thumbs up for Erica Lowe, Bill, Jill and Jennifer!

    single house

    Purchased a sigle house in Seton S.E and we are loving it..Trico team was open to changes they helped us with advice and information and we were able to put together everything we wanted and did not feel that we over spent The team was very good with answering all our questions and keeping us informed during all the steps along the way. The possession is way early than we expect which is great because we really have to move out from our previous house. We would definitely recommend Trico home builder's to our friends!!!

    New Home in Okotoks

    We took possession of our home in D'Arcy community in Okotoks in September and we've been very happy with the entire experience! So far we have had no major issues with our home and any problem we've had was addressed quickly with no issue or stress! The construction process and everyone we dealt with at Trico were pleasant and helpful. Would definately recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

    New purchase

    Trico has done a great job building this house / community. I am happy with the journey from my first time stepping into the display unit until 3 weeks after possession. The staff have been very friendly and helpful (from sales to warranty and orientation). Waiting for the walkway to be completed but judging from the pace of work being done currently, I will not have to wait long! Great

    Excellent Customer Service

    Adam main priority was customer service. He puts his customer interest at front in all his decision. He knows how to listen to the needs of customer. He was even answering his phone during his day off just to help customer. He would also help you through his personal network in all your needs such as after the fact improvement or changes in your new house such as electrical and carpentry works.

    Beautiful Home

    Thank-you Trico for building such a beautiful home in S.E. Calgary. We purchased a Winston quick possession home in July 2018, and loved it from the moment we saw it. Our home is bright, spacious, attractive, efficient, and has everything my husband and I both wanted in it. The kitchen is large and inviting, and the master bathroom with the 6 foot soaker tub stunning. We love coming home to this house. We love entertaining in this house. The sales and service staff have been excellent, and the overall experience from start to finish has gone very well. We highly recommend Trico to anyone looking to buy a new home.     New Town House

    Downsized into 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse. The Trico sales-person was fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable and responsive. During the walk through the representative was very thorough. Just moved in and very happy. Am now mortgage free.

    Wentworth Pointe

    Our experience with Trico was wonderful. Specifically it was a pleasure working with Crystal and the extended Trico sales and build team. The build was beyond expectations, from the progress updates, the quality of the build, and the earlier possession date. We would highly recommend Crystal and Trico homes for anyone who is considering a new home purchase.

    Verona Tonwhomes

    We moved in January 2019 and we are very satisfied with the quality of the materials, especially the insulation of our townhouse. The gas bill for heating for the coldest winter in the last 40 years was 68$. Also, we had a problem with the fridge and Justine from the warranty department took care of everything, I've just left the key at the show-home. Also, I have to mention how friendly is Cindy at the sales who helped us pick the best home for our needs.
