    Crestmont New Build

    The whole process from sales to possession date went very smoothly. Our sales associate (Erin) was very helpful and was very patient with us. The staff at the Trico interior design centre were excellent. The construction foreman of our home explained the mechanics of our home and always was very patient whenever we had questions for him. Our walk through and orientation was very informative as we were given a number of recommendations as to how to maintain our new home. We are very happy here.

    House

    Trico was great to work with. Everyone from Jordan Fretz to Eric Roha we’re amazing to work with. They built our dream home! We’re so happy with Trico and we would highly recommend Trico Homes.

    Home Buyer

    It was a great home buying experience with Trico. The Sales Manager, Jordon was great; he helped and guided us on every step of the way. The selections were great at the Design Center with best Interior Designer who assisted us with our selections. The end result was a beautiful home and one satisfied customer.

    New Home

    Purchased new home in August. The process was made easy for me. I'm always busy with work or travelling and I was very impressed how easy the Trico made the steps to purchasing and moving into my home.

    Customer Service and quality of construction

    Trico builders has been amazing throughout the building process of our home. I found their customer service up to the complete satisfaction of me and my family. Recently an inspection was conducted on completion of one year of my new home and I was extremely glad to see that everything was in perfect condition. Typically minor crack appeared in slab on grade and it was filled up with proper adhesive. There was not a single major ir minor issue that would need an attention. Jake showed a great responsibility in inspecting my attic and I was sattisfied by the insulation condition inside the attic.

    Condo

    This is my first time purchasing a Trico home ! I can’t be more please with the customer service , satisfaction and compassion of the staff from Trico . They have addressed all my concerns in a timely fashion with concern and love. They treat you like you’re part of there family ! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family who are looking to build or purchase a home . They are the best . Thank you Trico .

    New Home

    We purchased a quick possession home, and it has been wonderful so far. The process was easy, trico's reps and various departments were very informative and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. They were very accommodating with all of our requested change orders, as we got into the deal at just the right time. Service and Warranty has been quick to respond and fix any issues that have arisen.

    First time homebuyer

    Built my first home with Trico. There were ups and downs throughout the process but I couldn't be more happy with the end product. Trico helped me turn my vision in to a reality. I get so many compliments on how beautiful my home is.

    Our New Home

    Building a home with Trico was the best decision we made this year 2018. We indeed had a great experience with all their staff who were very patient, experienced and easy to work with. Erica, Ali, and the rest of the team at Redstone are really amazing and very nice to work with. They helped us throughout the process and were very honest. In terms of price, I went through many builders, Trico has the best price and quality. The finish work was amazing and we so much love our new home. Trico is the best and highly recommended to all new and old buyers.

    Trico Homebuilder

    From our first visit to see the showhome until our 3 months inspection after we moved in, Trico has provided excellent customer service. The sales manager explained every to us very patiently and professionally. A home being one if the most crucial purchases, we were both scared and doubtful to make any mistakes since it was our first such big purchase, but the Trico team helped us in making choices according to our briefs on the kind of home we wanted to build. We are hugely impressed with the exceptional service provided by the entire very knowledgeable Trico team. We highly recommend Trico homes to everyone.
