    new house nolan hill

    i was bought Nolan house, it was great experience and services. and new home warranty was great, good customer services. I will for sure recommend to my friend and family

    New Home with Trico

    We searched for already built homes and we did not like any of the models we had a look at so we finally decided to go for a build with Trico Homes. The experience was amazing and the staff were great in responding to requests. They were willing to go the extra mile to help find what we wanted. We finally had our house built a year ago and we love it. They have also been helpful in resolving any minor issues that we have had. Thank you Trico for this awesome experience. I will definitely recommend them to people who want to buy their own houses.

    Purchased Spec House

    We are very happy with the spec level compared to other builders. Customer service has been great aswell. Very accommodating. We purchased the house in January 2018 and coming up on 3 months, we have very minor issues in the house. We would recommend Trico to others. UPDATE: we have a foundation leak in our basement, we made Trico aware of the issue and it’s been a week without any significant action from them. In fact, they are alluded that if it’s not caused by them, it’s not their problem. Hmmm, the house is two months old and the spring run off is apparently my problem! I guess they done care if we have to deal with mold. I cannot begin to express how disappointing the service we have received after the purchase of the home. We have 3 kids in our house and we need to remove the drywall before we have a mold issue. Trico does not seem to think our house collecting water is an issue. I can quote “as long as more water comes into the basement and the drywall stays wet, there is no mold problem”.

    New Home

    We decided to go for Tricohomes for our first new home building in Evanston after searching for several models with different builders. Trico has several innovative models to choose from with the features we were looking for. Sales manager Ryan Campbell was amazing to help to choose different options in our home. Their upgrade costs were also reasonable. Sarah Butt at the design center was wonderful to work with. Trico has very good reputation for quality home building and that we can see in the workmanship of different trades in our new home. Overall we are very happy about our new home from Trico.

    New Home Buyer

    We were looking into purchasing a home which "Trico Homes " made possible. The beginning of our journey started with very professional and knowledgeable sales associates. Especially Adam , who was so prompt, diligent and assertive in addressing every concern we had. He made us instantly feel we were at the right place in achieving our dream home. The experience continued to get better with the great assistance of the design center . They helped in selecting the perfect colours combinations to our liking. The journey ended with meeting our very responsible site supervisor and the warranty expert Jake who was so impressive with his expertise. He walked us through our home and explained everything so patiently. Thank you to the Trico Homes team for making our journey so pleasant:)

    Great experience

    All the staff at Trico we dealt with have been amazing, we had a great experience from the beginning when we were looking into purchasing a place, the sales team is very knowledgeable, professional and easy going ( e.g Jordan Fretz was really great) . The design center staff, site supervisor and the warranty guys haven also made our experience very positive. Jake from warranty knows everything about houses and have provided so many tips and tricks, really thankful for that. We 've been living in the house for almost a year now and loving it. The quality is great and love the layout. Will recommend Trico to anyone who's looking into build.

    Home Purchase

    I would highly recommend Trico Homes to my friends and clients. I had an amazing experience since the beginning to the time we moved in to our new home. Justin Rampersad is a great guy! His customer service is superb! He made our home buying process less stressful. He is an asset to Trico Homes! I also like to thank the rest of the staff from the design centre, to the quality control team specifically to Bill Kuresh who has been very helpful and accommodating.

    New home in Nolan Hill NW

    We built the Hudson (show home) in Nolan Hill NW. Possession was Feb. 28/2018. This is the second home we have built but first with Trico. From the initial meetings with the area manager and associate to the design centre team to site supervisor to possession, it went very smoothly. Everyone we dealt with were very knowledgeable. We would certainly reccommend them to anyone interested in building a new home.

    Service

    I just bought a condo with Trico and they were amazing. I was in on my possession day without problems. On my 3 month check up they fixed a couple things we had missed from the walk through without hesitation. Everything was done to the highest standards and without complaint. Amazing service.

    New home build in Crestmont

    We just purchased a new Apollo style side by side unit from Trico. We were very impressed with the floor plan. We were also impressed with the sales team in Crestmont. Erin and George were very helpful and knowledgable. They were also very patient as we had a lot of questions. The purchase experience was first rate and now we are on to the build!
