Execellent experience
The Trico team in Riviera have been very good to us. The sales team and construction supervisors are genuinely good people that Trico management should strive to keep in their employ. I really can’t think of a negative experience with them that wasn’t out of their control. We would recommend Trico without hesitation. D&K

New Home Red Stone
This is our second home from Trico homes. We are very pleased with Sales team Neil and Justin. They were always upfront about the cost of upgrade. They made so many wonderful suggestion for upgrade which can increase home value. Also, Sarah from designer studio was very brilliant. I would always recommend to potential home buyer.

New Home
We moved in our new home in November 2017 and the experience with Trico from start to finish was a breeze. We did not intend to buy a home but ended up falling in love with the community Legacy and what Trico had to offer. Dealing with the area sales manager Clint was also very positive. His no pressure attitude made things easy and he was also very responsive to any questions we had. We love our new home! Thank you Trico and your trades for your ongoing care of clients!

Building Long Distance was Easy!
We took possession of our new home in Legacy in November 2017. We had no intention to build when we did as we were going to wait until we were closer to retirement, but we fell in love with the community and the lot which accommodated a walk-out basement. We can't believe how easy it was to work with Trico to build our new house even though we lived 6 hours away. From the start of the process, through color selections, design center visit, lighting, appliances - all accomodated by Trico and building partners to meet our availability. Communication with the Trico sales staff was amazing. Any question we had was answered promptly by email. We were sent color samples in the mail and then followed up with a Skype session to work on color selections and followed up with a visit to confirm. Trico staff sent us pictures and updates by email of the progress on our house construction which was really appreciated. We always knew what phase our house construction was in. We have now had possession for 3 months and the support from Trico for fixing any minor issues has been great. Would highly recommend Trico as they are a first class company. The quality and workmanship in our home is evident and we love our new home!

The First New House
This is a wonderful experience of having our first new house with Trico Homes Inc in Evanston. Area Sales Manger and her team walk through with us on the selection of the style of house patiently and give valuable advise to us on the upgrade. During the build-up period, we receive weekly update status and photos on ensuring the quality of work when we were out-of-town by the time. When we come for the possession, the new build matches exactly as we dream of. After sales service is also outstanding that I keep receiving advise on how we deal with the ultra long winter and the messy melting time.

Quick possession in Legacy
I bought a quick possession duplex in Legacy in November 2017. The sales team was absolutely fantastic and was extremely quick in answering all of my questions. This is my first home purchase and I could not be happier with the experience. The quality of finishes in my home is amazing. Even though I wasn’t able to pick any of them being a quick possession, they are all exactly what I would have chosen if given the chance. The construction and warranty teams were very thorough during my walk through and addressed all concerns that I had immediately, though I only had maybe one or two. I would absolutely recommend building a house with trico, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. If I ever build a new how again, I will 100 percent build with trico again.

New Duplex Kendrick Legacy
My friend refer me to this place and im glad they offered a flexible down payment This is our first home and im enjoying it so far,Its quiet and good community.I will probably refer a friend here.We are planning to develop our basement and deck if we have enough budget already,I hope Trico can offer affordable or flexible payment in basement development.Im looking forward for our first summer so we can explore more of the community.We have minor issue on the kitchen island granite and im just waiting for the 3mos inspection.

Very happy with first time purchase
I am very happy and pleased with this purchase. It was my first condo and everything went through smoothly and with clarity. The quality of the finishes and upgrades in my new home are also fantastic.

Brand new home
It’s been 4 months since we moved to our home bulit by Trico. So far we had an great experience, starting from the selection phase till the possession date. We noticed we minor issues once we moved in but recently had an home inspection and were promised that those issues will be fixed soon.

New Home 4th Time Buyer
A little late on my review however, we just took possession of this beautiful spec home built by Trico in late October 2017. It was a great experience going through the entire process with different employees representing Trico. From sales to warranty repairs they have been great. Justin the sales rep was great with getting whatever information we needed and Bill has been great with the few issues we had. With only a few issues Trico has been great in getting things fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely encourage other home buyers such as myself to buy from Trico only.
