    new home build

    last July i built my first home with trico homes it was an awesome expereince no problems and it was built 2 and 1/2 months ahead of schedule thanks trico -Glen McBride

    New home built by Trico!

    We had our second home built by Trico and we had a much more positive experience than our first! Trico Homes was a pleasure to work with. Our house was even finished ahead of schedule! The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend this company.

    New lane home

    Trico was very good from the time I stepped into a show home to today as it has been almost a year since I took possession. The designers were very good to make the exterior and interior changes I requested in order to build my dream home. They delivered exactly what I wanted even a month earlier than expected. The post possession service has been very good. I only had very small issues which have all been dealt with within a very reasonable timeframe. I love my new home and everyone that comes to visit completely agrees with me!! It's a dream home! My dream home!!

    New Home

    Purchased a home in Mahogany a year ago and just completed the one year review. From start to finish, Trico was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating with all our needs and questions. Can't say there was a moment where we were unhappy with the level of service and professionalism displayed by Trico or any of their sub-vendors. Would definitely recommend Trico to family and friends. Will definitely look at Trico again for our future homes.

    new home

    We are extremely happy with the experience level of the trades-people who worked on our home, the quality of the construction and the thorough communication received throughout the project. Trico home involved us in every decision always offering suggestions/options and they did so with an open book on costs. We have been living in the house for 1 month and Trico home is still contacting us regularly. If we needed to do the project all over again from the start we would definitely choose Trico home again.

    New Home - Quick Possession

    We took this new builder-spec home by Trico due to our own limited move time from Ontario to Calgary. We were a bit worried since it is our first to purchase a quick possession home. The sale manager Crystal and her team was very patient and listened carefully to our needs. They helped us to choose a model we really like. Even the spec home building was already in the final stage when we signed the contract, Trico still managed to make some important custom changes to meet our special requests which made us very pleasant. The possesion experience was also pleasant. The Trico home inspector did a highly professional job and the Trico team paid attention to any issue raised even very minor. We have moved into the new house for over two months. Many of our friends who visited the house praised the design and quality work and we do love this beautiful home.

    New Home at Cranston

    We are very pleased with our first home. We went to Trico without any recommendation and it was an amazing experience. Our special thanks to Sharon, Cranston area manager and Jaesen, construction superintend for finishing the home with developed basement on time as they promised for possession at the end of June 2014. Sharon did an excellent job from finalising the deal to possession of home with great customer service. Trico completed the construction of home with developed basement in 6 months time. Jaesen and his team did a very good Job. We thank to Sarah, Ryan and Carmen as well for their contribution. It's an awesome layout which was customized in accordance with our requirement. Trico has rectified all possession deficiencies on time. We have no hesitation in recommending Trico with Sharon and Jaesen team for any new home.

    New House

    My 2nd home with Trico. All the trades people/design center consultants were very helpful. Made good recommendations and know what we wanted during the process. The person who did the walk though with us was very knowledgeable, Explained the basics and maintenance of the house in a easy to understand manner.

    Trico Home 100 day inspection

    In June we moved into our new home in Cimarron Vista Crescent in Okotoks. The Trico team has impressed us right from the first walk through. Theresa St. Germain, the service & warranty coordinator went above & beyond to meet our requests. Yasmina Rodesly, our new warranty & service coordinator has also been very efficient and answered all our requests in a frienly efficient manner. Don Watkins, the service & warranty technician was very friendly, punctual & informative. All of the trades people were very efficient. It has been a pleasure to work with tne Trico Company. I would definitely recommend Trico Homes to other buyers. They have gone above & beyond in making our home purchase a happy one. It is wonderful to know there are still Companies that go above & beyond to satisfy their customers.

    New house In Nolan Hill

    We moved in to our new house in January 2014 and for the 100 days warranty we had a few minor things on our list which they got fixed to our satisfaction by the warranty team! We are extremely pleased! Thank you Trico Homes. Dirk and Cristina
