    New House

    I bought a new house with this builder, and the house is nice, but there are some few things over here and there, if it was complete it will be perfect. During the 100 day warranty check they were nice and listened to most of my points and fixed it.

    New Home

    We moved into our new Trico home Feb 2014. The orientation Team was fantastic. Ant deficiencies we found were taken care of immediately. All outside work was completed this spring. The 100 day check-up was completed on time. All trades were highly skilled and professional. I would highly recommend a Trico Home to anyone!

    Home in Mahogany

    We purchased our home in March of '13 and moved in New Years Eve. Just like with any builder or renovation there were items to look after-almost all of them have been taken care of. The sales team was spectacular-Chalsey and Sylvia still keep in touch with us to this day and we absolutely LOVE the service team. We never expect it but seem to always get a reply to our questions within a few hours. We also love the neighborhood and the neighbors here are amazing. We are happy to call this house our home.

    New home in Evanston

    It has been a great pleasure dealing with the Trico team. We'd like to personally thank Crystal Chu and Yasmina Rodedly for going the extra mile to help us when we needed anything.

    new home

    We took possession of our new home April 30 and to date have been very pleased with the house and the entire building process. There are a couple unresolved issues still at hand but they have been identified and are in the process of being addressed. The Trico team from start to finish have been very committed to ensuring the home builder is respected and all concerns are taken care of. I would definitely recommend Trico Homes and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Hal and Samantha and Sarah were the BEST to work with!!

    New Home Built by Trico

    When we were looking at getting our first home we decided to build to enable us put in our personal touches. We searched web sites to know the best builders around, Trico never came up, but we strongly disagree with the search after visiting the Trico Show home at Beacon Heights, we fell in love with the 2 show homes, we love the organization of the homes. We were at more than 6 diffrent show homes before Trico and we went back to check those show homes again after checking out Trico homes. We cannot but to return to Trico Homes. The Sales team was wonderful, Joanne was very personal about our needs, really she made us so comfortable that we visit her every other day until we seal our deal. We were promised about 91/2 months because of basement development, they delivered in 9 months despite the extended hash weather conditions. The quality of our home is quite impressive, our observations during construction were promptly attended to and good considerations were given to our various needs. The follow up after we took possesion of our home is outstanding. We have every good reasons to recommend Trico homes. As for us, not because Trico built out home but because others who visited also said so, TRICO HOMES SHOULD BE AMONG THE TOP 3 BUILDERS IN CALGARY.

    New Home in Nolan Hill

    We bought our first home with Trico and are very happy. We were given 8- 9 months time frame to build our house but to our surprise the house was build in about 7 months. There were few hiccups during the construction but the outcome is pretty good. I would definitely recommend TRICO to our friends and family.

    Montreaux Villas

    This is the 3rd home my husband and I have built and we have been very pleased with the level of customer service after moving into our house. Normally homebuilders have the reputation of leaving its customers high and dry after the move in date, however this has not been our experience at all with Trico Homes. We moved into a very unique property and we love the quality of our home, the beautiful finishes and the professionalism of the Trico representatives we continue to be in contact with.

    Process

    Defenitely big thanks to the girls at Trico: Erin and Carmen. They were incredible in providing all the information we wanted, and updates during construction. They always tried to look after our interests. House was completed a little late (according to what they had forecasted at first). Quality of the house seems good, good finishes, and now just starting to deal with a few corrections they need to make. Overall, we are really satisfied and would defenitely recommend Trico to our friends.

    Nolan Hill Nw Calgary

    As a first time builder it is always very daunting finding a building company to trust with your investment. Throughout the process I was kept up-to-date and once building began updates were sent weekly. There were a few little hiccups towards the end which TRICO HOMES, it was very dissipate at the moment that we found out that our home wasn't a 9" ceiling as we thought, after some discussions, at the end we decide to continues with the construction, because still a good price for the home at that moment. Overall it was a very smooth process and the project was finished ahead of time. Trico have designed and built a great family home for us. We receive lots of compliments on the look of the house and we are very happy with how our family has settled in. thanks a lot Trico team , Maria B.
