After a great experience with Knight on my EV charger install, I went with them again for my air conditioner—and once again, they delivered. Tylan was professional and clear throughout the process. I spoke with seven companies, and he stood out immediately. Steve and his team did a fantastic job—on time, clean, efficient, and focused on details. I can be pretty particular when it comes to finish and layout, but their workmanship and professionalism exceeded expectations. Steve also took the time to walk me through the system, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and made sure I was fully comfortable operating everything before they left. Service was fast and friendly, starting with a phone call and discussion over the phone to trouble shoot. An appointment was scheduled and Aaron came to house as arranged. He assessed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. He was great and explained problem. Customer service was very good, from making appointment to coming to my house as arranged. Cindy

They didn’t just install the charger, they also added a sub panel so we’re ready for an AC or heat pump down the road. Super professional and thoughtful. And the best part?
