    Repair or maintain airconditioning: Centralized; 1 unit
    I was not impressed. The tech couldn't do basic tests on the AC, like refrigerant pressure, said he didn't have the tools. Was kind of dismissive and told me I needed a new capacitor. Replaced it but then the "control board shorted out". Said wasn't his fault, blamed it on the age of the equipment. Left and told me someone would call me the next day to discuss. I did get a call, from their AR asking for payment. They had no idea there was a problem. Thankfully I have a maintenance agreement with Reliance Home Comfort and they came in to replace the control board. Their tech was professional and detailed. Explained to me what could have happened and replaced the board. All Knight did was call for money. Jeff at Knight should really try to keep better notes. Knight's "Cooling Diagnostic" report, for which I paid $169 for was rather "skimpy" on the details. Will use another contractor in the future.

    Approved the job on their site for $680.40 with clear job details Confirmed the scope during the estimate — they understood the work Estimator focused heavily on selling a water heater I didn’t ask for I said to send a separate estimate for the heater; my priority was the faucet job When I called to book, I was told the invoice was missing, though my approval was visible Appointment was set for June 6, 12–4 PM I called at 2 PM to confirm, since I hadn’t heard anything — was told a supervisor would call back Supervisor claimed they didn’t have the estimate, and the new price was $800+tax No clear reason was given for the $200 price increase Supervisor again pushed the water heater and offered financing I still have a copy of the approved invoice I feel misled and frustrated — they lost the invoice, changed the price, and pushed an upsell I never requested I also texted the supervisor, asking them to honor the original price — no response This is the first issue with them

    Job was done successfully after ordering some replacement parts for the delta faucet Found the pricing to be rather expensive but, have not used a plumber for a couple of years.

    Stop leakage
    Justin was very personable and professional. He replaced our worn out and leaky garburator. He even had time to take a look at an issue with our toilet and fixed that too. Very happy with the service.
