Supervisor claimed they didn’t have the estimate, and the new price was $800+tax
No clear reason was given for the $200 price increase
Supervisor again pushed the water heater and offered financing

I feel misled and frustrated — they lost the invoice, changed the price, and pushed an upsell I never requested
I also texted the supervisor, asking them to honor the original price — no response
