    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    The plumbers were on time, courteous and very informative. They came and did the work on the pipes the first time, and returned a few days later to install the faucet that we have chosen. They were quick and neat doing the job, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

    Kitchen sink and carburetor

    Steven and Justin came and unclogged a nasty kitchen sink that the previous resident clearly ignored. They were fast, courteous and professional.

    Bait and Switch

    Bait and switch! I decided to wait extra days without any hot water because Knight had offered a 10 year tank/part/labour warranty on a 50gal Bradford White tank. I had even confirmed multiple times with Alex on the phone in more than one phone call (because they messed up on time and had to bump me another 1.5 days) that this was indeed accurate and that would be reflected on my paper invoice as most other places were stating only 6yr warranty on Bradford White tanks. I assured it was correct and would be on the invoice, received the invoice via email and no warranty info was noted so followed up over email to ask them to add that warranty info on. In the meantime the technician shows up and tells me its 6 yr warranty on the tank. Check my email and somebody else has responded that it's 10 years parts and labour but only 6 on the tank. NOT what I was told at all and why would you have 4 more years parts and labour warranty than the tank itself. This extra warranty was also not without extra cost, their price was about $500 more for the same tank than from another quote I had that could have installed same day. Pete the plumber offers 12 year warranty on the an AO Smith tank for $300 less. The tech Dan I believe that came out was very understanding and called his office. They said their sales staff misquoted. In that case the right management decision would be to honor the misquote and educate your staff going forward. I'm not paying extra for the same tank to a company that does not stand behind what they have told the customer. I'm now back at square one on a friday afternoon going back to the other companies hoping for hot water again. Shame on you Knight plumbing for this horrible first and last experience with your company.

    HVAC Service Tune-Up

    Kumail was great - he was communicative, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to provide great service. I would definitely book a service appointment with Kumail again.

    Broken water heater

    Company was able to quickly fit us in for a broken water heater. Our tech, Dan, was great arrived on time, clearly explained what happened, repaired the issue and left the area cleaner than he found it. Thanks Dan!

    Garage electrical work

    We had some detailed requests to bring our garage up to code and install some new electrical outlets in our garage. After a call out and quote Aaron came right on time and completed all the work quickly, efficiently and within budget. More than happy with the work and his friendly disposition. Absolutely would ask for Aaron again if we need more work.

    Upgraded/fixed bath fans and attic ventilation issues

    Karl and David were great to deal with, did a professional job taking time to explained what they found, what they fixed and why.     Clear Drain Clog or Blockage

    We do appreciate technicians were sent to our place to get the problem solved. But the price is extremely expensive. We were charged over $500 for a straightforward job of clearing sink drain clog or blockage, which took about 20 minutes to complete. We were told this kind of relatively simple task would cost so much only after people came. And we do not receive the receipt via email as promised.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    Had an Air Conditioner installed by Trent and his assistant. They were great and discussed all of my location options, especially with a finished basement. Sadly they had to cut a couple access holes in the finished ceiling, however they did a great job of cleaning it up and looks good. So happy with the work that they both did.
