    Plumbing problem shoot

    Drain Com was more than I expected. From the moment i called and sceduled appointment to the time my plumbing problem was fixed. Valentyn arrived on time, great attitude, found problem, fixed it and the price was less than other companies i called. After he left leak came back at different spot. Val came back fo fix it right away and did not charge me extra. I will always recommend him and Drain Com to anyone asking if I know of a good plumber. I have addional plumbing work scheduled and will definately call back. Really great to find a company you can recommend with confidence.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Valentyn was amazing. He came recommended by a neighbour who had just completed a full home renovation. We had a difficult job but he sailed through the challenges. Great work ethic and kept the workspace clean. Definitely would recommend.

    Toilet and shower tepair

    I called biscotti plumbing and they sent a teenager who didn’t know what he was talking about and wanted 1700. I called draincom and I didn’t even need half the repairs biscotti quoted me Don’t call bosco. Unless you want to waste your time and money and get ripped offf April Oakville

    Shower and bathroom fixed

    Valentyn came over and fixed the shower handle and the valve inside of the shower kit & O-Ring. He was able to install and ensure that the shower was functioning within a couple of hours. He came back the next day to fix the direction of the handle, all is good now. I would recommend him to everyone, he definitely saved the day.

    Broken Shower With Water Running

    Valentyn is the best. My shower was running continuously and everywhere, it would not shut off. Valentyn came over and troubleshooted the problem, worked on it until it was fixed and all this within a couple hours of me calling. Now I have a fixed shower and confidence in my new plumber Valentyn. I would recommend him to anyone, he saved my bacon.

    Water supply valves in the washroom

    Valentyn (Mississauga) came over for a free estimate and then returned to complete the work. Work was done as per agreement and very professional. We were relocating the supply valves for clearance in our IKEA purchased vanity. We have used DrainCom service previously when renovating our kitchen. Some of the competition wanted $85-$170 just to come over and give us estimate on the job.

    Kitchen Drain Clog

    Having used DrainCom two years ago for a clogged shower, I didn’t hesitate to call them again when my kitchen sink was clogged. The very same day they sent Valentine. He was very persistent, it was a stubborn clog. He finally succeeded in unclogging my kitchen sink. He always put on booties to keep my house clean upon entering. He cleaned up after himself and removed all tools and garbage when he finished. He was always very polite and respectful. I am very happy with DrainCom and would definitely request Valentine again.

    Clogged Toilet

    A toothbrush was accidentally flushed down our toilet which subsequently clogged the flow. I called Drain.com. The scheduler advised me a technician would be at my home between 2-4pm. He arrived exactly at 2pm. The plumber was courteous, provided excellent and professional service. Highly recommend them.

    Faucet installation

    I called DrainCom for an issue I was having with a faucet. They sent someone out right away by the name of Valentine.He was very courteous, honest and hard working. Val put down protective covering in the area that he was working and I had no mess to clean up after he left. Reasonable and I would highly recommend this company in the future.

    Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain

    I've been looking for a respectful and dependable plumbing company for two years since my previous plumber retired. I feel that I have found that company in Mississauga. It was a very professional and respectful experience from the initial conversation with the receptionist to paying the service technician Valentyn for the completed repairs. Excellent work; great value. Well done Valentyn, well done!
