    Leak investigation and repair

    Val was great. Showed up when he said he would and confirmed ahead he was on the way. Provided estimate and completed job in a few hours. Ceiling was leaking and he found issue quickly, assessed what needed to be done and completed it.

    Plumbing repair

    The customer service DrainCom provides is unmatched. Valentin took the time to explain everything he was doing and even showed me exactly what the issues were. He is friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and completed the job in a timely manner. The communication between office and the myself was also excellent. I would highly recommend them!

    2 leaking taps

    We decided to call DrainCom due to other positive reviews. I'm glad we did. Cory in the office and Val in the field were professional and help me navigate water shuts offs and ons with the city. Val was on time for all his visits with us and did a good, quick, thorough job with our leaking taps. I would recommend this company.

    Clear clog

    They called right away and asked if I wanted them to come out right away. This was two days before the scheduled appointment. I was on vacation so said sure. The source of the clog was found and removed. Plastic pieces from a bath mat (FYI). They have specific prices for specific services so I agreed to the price after two bottles of drain cleaner failed to clear the clog. It did. It take Valentine long to clear. He was wearing a professional uniform, was courteous and polite. Would hire again if needed.

    Camera inspection

    Val did a great job inspecting main drain of the house. His work was professional, timely, and he cleaned up, too. Everything was explained to me to my satisfaction, and the price was firm and competitive. I recommend DrainCom highly.

    Plumbing

    I was using DrainCom 2d time. Valentyn is the epitome of customer service. He was on time, in fact he called to inform us he was ahead of schedule and was it alright to come early. He was in and out in no time and did an excellent job. Val has a personality that cant be beat. We are very satisfied with his work and the price. I would highly recommend DrainCom

    Excelent job!

    If it wasn’t for Valentyn (the technician), the sink would still be plugged. He worked extremely hard and was very professional. He is an unbelievably hard worker. Everyone and everything about the experience with DrainCom went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to all of my co-workers and friends.

    Plumbing work and changing the faucets

    Great work. Val was great, he took the time to explain everything and ensured the quality of his work was done right. He even went above and beyond and replaced some parts on his own to ensure everything would hold at no extra cost. Very reliable and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

    Fast and good

    I have used Drain Com services 2d time. Valentin was prompt (same day service), neat, knowledgeable, skilled, pleasant, very professional. Would call him again and recommend him. Same day service was much appreciated

    PVC Pipe replacement

    We got our sewer drain pipe completely replaced after our home had tree roots enter the sewer drain pipe and block it. Clay pipe was replaced with new PVC pipe by Draincom The cost was approximately $9,000.00 for the job Thank you Maria - for ensuring clean up was well done.
