Plumbing ALWAYS costs more than you want it to! That being said, I do feel that Valentyn charged a fair price for the replacement of the water valve for my antique sprinkler system. He did not have the valve with him (this I can easily understand), but very quickly procured the part. He also adjusted my household water pressure. I've used DrainCom services before and will again--excellent customer service and expertise!

Val arrived very quickly to provide an estimate. He worked hard and provided good advice. He replaced a leaky inside valve for my hose bib and moved it over a few inches to make access to it easier. Price was very reasonable. I would use Drain Com again.

Valentyn was great! I got quoted for a job from another company and we couldn' afford it. He came in and walked us through the work, was honest, fair, and when he got the job done it was great. Saved us money we didn't have for the other job and was extremely professional. He's our Plumber moving forward.

Come the spring weather, I went down to my basement to open the shutoff valves, to realize one of the shutoff valve for the yard connection was fully oxidized and about to crumple. I called Val (Valentin) from DrainCom. He arrived at the dot. An amazing expert in his craft and fantastic person. Not only did Val help with the replacement for the oxidized valve (soldered), he also changed other valve in end of life state at a fair price. He also explained the right process for winter prep, and how to shut the valves using the drain nipple. It didn’t stop at that, as I wanted to change the kitchen faucet, Val helped guide which faucet would be good and helped install the same in my kitchen. A newer faucet is like a free vanity upgrade to the kitchen and impress your other half, and thanks to Val, it looks just amazing! Had exterior waterproofing done with DrainCom.com in 2017 Fall. Waiting for DrainCom to come on site for the follow-up soil compacting. Will follow up with more details, once soil compacting is done. Although it took a bit longer than expected (June 2018) DrainCom came by and finished the job to my expectation. Cornel M.

The technician, Valentyn, arrived on time only to discover that I was delayed. He called me to confirm the appointment and when I explained my delay he was very accommodating and returned exactly as promised. The work was efficient, clean and reasonably priced.

Amazing group of experienced, honest people. Excellent work at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has any plumbing or waterproofing issues with their home.

Good overall experience with Drain Com Thanks to Kate nice and knowledgeable lady that took my call and the technical Valentin that was really fun to work with. He's very smart and friendly. Taught me a few tips which I appreciated, as I like to learn new things. His company is lucky to have him. Will say it wasn't cheap, but have had bad experiences in the past trying to save a buck, so it is what it is. Would hire again.

Valentyn replaced the mixing valve on hot water tank and he did an outstanding job. He was extremely responsive: he was on the phone asking for details before I'd even got off the computer with my initial query. When he came to my house (exactly at the time he said he would), he was clear in describing what the problems with my system were and laying out and discussing my options. As to the work itself, he was fast and unobtrusive, Valentyn did very high quality work, and left the work area clean and tidy. He also did a great job checking in with me regularly regarding progress. All in all, a very positive experience. I'd happily use Drain Com services again and I strongly recommend them.
