    Great service - Replaced hose bib valve and pipe inside the wall

    HI, I had to replaced hose bib valve and pipe inside the wall. Valentin did a great job, it was fast and clean. He took time to explain things and gave me valuable tips for better maintenance. Great communication from the start to finish. It was easy to book an appointment and all communications were very clear. The price was very good too. Thank you DarinCom! Thank you Valentin!

    Knowledgeable, Fast & Honest!

    I was very impressed with the service I received from DrainCom. Within 30 seconds (literally) of submitting my request on Homestars, I was given a call to book an appointment. Vlad who showed up to my property in Uxbridge and was a superstar!!! He was incredibly knowledgable and 200% honest. Did not try to rip me off. I was very impressed and will be using DrainCom for all future work.

    Drain work

    Another company wanted twice what I paid and was going to cut up my treasured tile floor and walls in my basement. Valentin from DrainCom came in at half the price and did all of the work in the basement. His crew showed up on time and worked like a finely tuned machine and left me wishing all contractors worked like they did. All I know is they guaranteed their work and they have been doing this for years.

    Leaking Toilet

    Fast, professional, and well done! We got an appointment on the same morning we called the company. Valentyn found the problem, replaced the water supply line, and fixed the leaking toilet. Very pleased with the service.

    House Water shut-off

    Had to have main water supply shut off valve replaced. Will Vincent came as soon as he could and replaced. Professional, courteous will definitely be using/recommending DrainCom in the future!!!!!

    Leaky faucet Repair

    I have used DarinCom for several repairs in my home, from booking the appointment with Santina to having the work completed by Valentyn everything is top notch. I have exclusively used Valentyn for my repairs, his work is clean and complete, never had any issues. Highly recommend this company.

    Bathroom Job

    I was immediately impressed by Valentin when he arrived exactly when he said he would. I know that isn't particularly high standard but it isn't unfortunately all that common. He was up front with me about the cost and work he was going to do fixing my bathtub drain and made sure to answer all of my questions I might have had. I 'd definitely recommend Draincom to anyone I know that needs a plumbing.

    Service

    I got amazing and fast service from Draincom. The roots from the tree grew through the main drain and blocked the water flow. I got an emergency situation in my basement. I foud that problem after coming from work around 7 pm. I called to Draincom and half an hour later Valentin indentified the problem using the camera and got rid of the roots. He did professional and clean job for a very good price. I am definitely recommending this company.

    Great Service and Quick Response

    I reached out to multiple people on Home Stars and heard back from only a few people. We scheduled an in-home assessment. Valentin suggested that we buy a new replacement valve because when we explained the issue, he said it must be the faucet/valve. He kept us updated prior to his arrival and his service was friendly and prompt. He was very helpful and quickly finished the task! Highly recommend!! He even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working well!

    Fixed several Plumbing problems in one great cost

    There was a leak from bathtub in upstairs master en-suite washroom. Leak happened even taking a quick shower (no duck baths). This caused damage to main floor laundry room ceiling. Val came from DrainCom. He waited patiently for me when he got there right on 4PM (DrainCom said appointment was 4-6PM), but I was stuck in traffic and got home 4:15pm. He found several issues with bathtub, he showed me drain had plumbers putty which was wrong for that application. He had to open the wall in Walk-in Closet, behind bathtub faucet/shower wall and discovered pipe was leaking there too. This was a big job and I was nervous how much it will cost me. Luckily I hired a great plumber and he fixed all approx. $500. That's it! After he left, I discovered our Powder Room toilet stopped getting water after flushing bowl. I called DrainCom and he found out that the water hose was an anti-flood hose which blocked the water. Val fixed this without charge too! Highly recommended. My parents referred me to him (Val also fixed my parents' leaky faucet too).
