We had a really bad drain clog for about a week. After reading the reviews on Homestars we decided to Draincom a call and couldn't have made a better choice. Valentin came over and initially suspected that we may need to remove the toilet. However, since we had a recently renovated condo, he first tried every other option to clear the clog. Although those attempts didn't work, he didn't charge us. Instead he came back a second time, spent the entire afternoon carefully removing/reinstalling our toilet, snaked the drain and cleared the clog. We were lucky enough to get Valentin and couldn't have asked for a better guy. We'd definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I was very happy with my plumbing experience with Drain Com. I like how Valentyn tried everything in phases to see what would work best to solve the problem that was causing me issues for weeks. And I am happy with the results! Val was very professional but also friendly which I thought was very refreshing. I had confidence from the beginning that he was the person for the job. I have also recommended him and Home Stars to my friends.

We had been having intermittent water issues in our finished basement. Vlad Samofalov came out and quickly diagnosed the ideal remedy for our specific situation. His crew worked very efficiently and the work was done properly the first time, and our basement was left virtually spotless after the job was done. Very impressed with the services DrainCom provided, and would use them again in the future.

Borys was great. He arrived promptly and fixed our sink leak issues quickly and efficiently. He even went and bought the parts we required for the fix. I would recommend him, and Draincom again in the future.

Excellent experience! The job was handled very neat and professionally by Valentin. He installed new shower drain and faucet as well as hooked up bathroom vanity. He also fixed an additional problem and cleaned up when finished. I called Draincom to solve a slow drain issue in three of my sinks. As with previous calls for service, I was greeted warmly by Santina and given a schedule that was extremely convenient for me. Yuriy was assigned to this task and provided an honest and fair price for the job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. In the end, I was left with a resolved issue, clean work areas, given helpful tips, and the satisfaction that I was a customer that is valued by this company. I will definitely call on Draincom again and I would recommend their services to others.

Very responsive, first company that called me back and came out next day. Thanks to Cory she was very nice to talk with. Valentyn, technician that came is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, he's an expert. He wasn't going to charge me for a service if he couldn't find the cause of the problem and when he did discover the issue his fee to correct it was very reasonable. I highly recommend DrainCom and I will definitely use them again.

Our toilet backed up and we called Draincom. Alex came out the same day to investigate and found that the sewage line under our 88 year old house had collapsed. Unable to use our water, he triaged our case to the top of the list and got his wonderful crew to work first thing the following morning. Everything was done cleanly, efficiently and with smiles. Corey and Santina kept us constantly updated and were helpful and friendly every step of the way. If we could give them a twenty out of ten, we would. Highly recommend!!!

Valentyn called and was at my home within 2 hours from his initial call. Val was beneficial in removing faucet in kitchen that he had to cut to remove due to years of use with calcium build up that could not be loosen easily. Valentyn also gave me advise on how to replace showers installed at the same time as he removed faucet. For the time Val spent on my projects, his rate was very reasonable. Thanks!
