    Backed up drain in basement

    I had a drain backup in my basement and had called another company also found here on Homestars who tried to rip me off, saying it would cost $2,000. After kicking that guy out of my house, I called Draincom and they were able to have Toni over within the hour. He inspected the problem carefully, explained the situation and offered a much more cost effective and comprehensive solution. He did not push me into a decision, instead I was educated on the problem and was able to make up my own mind. The work was done quickly and there was no mess left behind. Tips on future maintenance were also given. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Toni and Draincom to anyone.

    Plumbing

    Valentyn was the 3rd plumber I have hired for the same problem. He suggested replacing the valve(which was nearly new) as others had been unsuccessful in making it work. I now have a functioning 2nd bathroom. He was very patient and pleasant and I will use him again for other projects. Thanks

    Sewer backup

    City sewer line was blocked due to roots, causing waste water to back up in my basement. Toni helped me navigate through the diagnosis and dealings with the city (which were a lot more difficult than it should have been). He was extremely helpful in that he answered all my questions and took the time to thoroughly explain the cause and the solution. I have already recommended Toni and Draincom to my neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Blocked Kitchen Sink

    I had a blocked kitchen sink and was able to get same day service. Borys was extremely professional and explained each step of what he needed to do and was quick to rectify the problem. I would definitely pass a recommendation to family and friends.

    Installation of shower kit, bath tub and changing copper to abs drainage plumbing.

    I had Val over from drain com to install a new shower kit, bath tub and change some copper drainage pipes to abs during my bathroom renovation. Great job by completed by Val! Could not be happier. Thanks again

    Main Stack partial replacement

    We had to partially replace an old cast iron waste stack in our basement for insurance purposes. Valentyn and the DrainCom team were very professional all throughout the process. Valentyn even re-directed the kitchen waste to the new stack. Job was done in a timely manner, he patched up the old kitchen waste hole and left the area clean and clear. Would highly recommend DrainCom. I will use them for future plumbing work.

    Leaky bathtub faucet

    Alex knew the problem and was able to fix the leak. He was punctual and made sure everything was done well. Was friendly as well. Thanks a lot for the job!

    Plumbing

    Outstanding customer service from the time I made my first inquiry to the end of the project! The technician Valentyn was prompt and professional. Having been stood up by three other plumbers associated with different companies, I was impressed as well as relieved when the plumber showed up at my door, ready to work and right on-time! I highly recommend Drain Com and I will use them again!

    Main valve leak

    Called to book and received friendly service. Very accommodating with my schedule and punctual. The service technician Alex is very friendly and professional. Job well done will recommend to anyone!

    Drain Inspection and Clear

    We have a basement drain that was backing up and Vlad Samofalov came out to help us. Vlad was friendly and professional and not only did he identify the problem, he cleared the blockage for us. Judging by this representative, I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
