I am so pleased to finally have a “go to” company for plumbing services! Many other companies which I have used in the past, have left me disappointed with their questionable expertise and their outrageous pricing. Santina was outstanding in quickly resolving an initial issue. She was very efficient, so friendly to deal with and displayed excellent follow up to ensure that all went well. Valentin came to my house very quickly, examined the problem in my powder room and was able to provide an accurate diagnosis, where others prior to him, had not. Val is very personable, knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. From now on, I will, with great confidence, use Valentin for any future problems I have. I would gladly recommend DraincCom to anyone who needs an excellent plumbing company!

They did foundation repair on two cracks in foundation. Excellent work. Came on time. Did the work as promised. Would recommend to anyone having issues with water around foundation in home.

This was our second time hiring Drain.com with excellent service each time (Aug. ‘16 & Apr. ‘17). Valentin was punctual, professional, friendly, so easy to deal with and very efficient in his use of time. In the first visit for a free estimate, he took the time to explain stuff I wasn’t aware of – very important info. relating to the Kitec pipes in our condo (built in 2004). Other plumbers (w/ cheaper estimates) didn’t even bother to inform me about it. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead to confirm details for buzzer code, parking, etc. In just two hours, he removed and installed 2 new, Moen Genta faucets w/ pull-up drains and installed 4 new, shut-off valves (the old ones didn’t have any) in WRs plus replaced a kit. sink P-trap. At all times, he kept the work areas clean while following our request for order of work to minimize any inconvenience due to water shut-off. We highly recommend him (and Drain.com) for his work esp. wrt condos, safety for women and being mindful of owner’s items/ space. Santina (office) is so professional and easy to deal with for appointments and payment. Overall, this company provides great workmanship and excellent customer service. So, it’s a no-brainer for us to hire him for any future needs. Only suggestion to help: Please add a secure payment portal on your site for credit cards or accept Paypal.

Valentyn knowledgeable technician from DrainCom that came to my residence. He had my pump problem diagnosed within 5 minutes. His repair of the issue was completed quickly and expertly. Appointment Times: Valentyn was at our front door at the time and day scheduled. In addition, Val called when he was about half hour away to confirm with me his arrival time. Cost of Service: Their fees for service are extremely reasonable. Rating and Recommendation: 10 out of 10 STARS! Any Plumbing or waterproofing issues that I have in the future will only be handled by Drain Com.

Had sewage backing up in my basement foor drain and had called DrainCom to have a look. After a couple of false starts with some equipment issues, Vlad came in and fixed the problem. I want to thank him for his hard work especially since it was a Sunday. He did an excellent job and was able to recommend a little preventive maintenance. I want to thank them for their excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend their services.

Sump pump was active this spring; new homeowner and not sure whether to be concerned about it. Called Draincom and they sent Tony, who was able to (a) confirm pump was working properly, and (b) make some recommendations to help improve its performance. Arrived on time and was professional and easy to understand.

Vlad came to our house as arranged ( company was easy to contact) ,he assessed the water leaking cause in our basement: he was very knowledgeable and professional in his free evaluation and suggestions before attempting waterproofing job, I will not hesitate to contract him if we need to waterproof the basement.

This is the 3rd time I've used Draincom and again they didn't disappoint. Valentyn arrived on time and as scheduled. He was pleasant, professional and completed the work quickly and cleanly. I'm also impressed that service was rendered within 24hrs of my call. It is very nice to find a construction company that is so well organized. This small repair job was money well spent!

The kitchen drain was blocked. I contacted the company on Sunday and they responded right away to set up an appointment. I called them Monday morning to get a price quote and agreed to a 3pm appointment. Alex, the tech came over. He was very knowledgeable about how drains work and the impact of gravity on water flows. He quickly figured out the problem, used his snake effectively to clear the blockage. Alex was very pleasant to talk to and ask questions, which excellent customer service. Even though I was invoiced at the top end of the range of the cost quote, I had no problem in making the payment as it was a job well done.
