    Plumbing fixture replacement

    Val B did awesome job. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion at a reasonable price professionally answering all my questions. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him and Drain Com again if needed.

    Emergency Drain Repair

    DrainCom was quick to answer our calls when our kitchen drain started to leak within the walls of our house. Valetin was able to come within 24 hrs, assessed the issue, and not only repaired the aged leaking connection, but also untangled a mess of DIY efforts done by past homeowners. The result was a quick, professional repair to stop the leak as well as a new kitchen drain that functions better than it ever has. Valentin was very polite, professional, and took the time to thoroughly investigate and explain the issue, as well as the recommended repairs. We intend to use DrainCom and Valentin again should we ever require any future emergency help or plan plumbing work in our home.

    Leak identification

    Had a water leak in the ceiling of my main floor. Called DrainCom and they sent someone the same day. The individual (was an apprentice) came in and figured out the leak had nothing to do with plumbing, was able to pin point the leak. The leak was related to dryer vent, but the trades person was professional and did a good job. Would refer them to others, but would want to make sure that along with an apprentice, they have someone licensed working as well.

    Various plumbing repairs

    I've had Val come to do plumbing repair twice, and had good experiences both times. 1. Install a kitchen faucet and snake a shower drain. 2. Replace 4 valves. In both cases, Val was very professional and diligent. Some of the work was more difficult than expected, but he didn't leave until the job was done, and done right. They use a fixed-price approach to the work, so the extra time didn't cost extra money, and was always at or under the estimate. I will be asking Val to come back to do additional work as soon as its needed.

    Kitchen Tap Replacement

    We had purchased a new pull-out kitchen tap to replace our old pull-out tap (the hose had sprung leaks in several places) and called DrainCom to have someone come out and remove our old tap and install the new one. The technician, Valentyn, was in and out in about 45min, and this included removing the old tap, drilling a new hole in the countertop to accommodate a soap dispenser, installing the new tap (and soap dispenser), and clean-up. Super happy with the speed, professionalism, and overall quality of service. Will definitely be using DrainCom for any future plumbing needs.

    Toilet replacement

    Toilet stopped flushing. Bought a new one at Costco but needed an installer. Alex from Daincom was at my house in less than one day. Excellent job, cleanup, and professional service from Alex.

    Plumbing

    Technitoan Valentin B. arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He was knowledgable of the product he was installing and answered all questions that were asked of the installation process. Prior to competing the job, he cleaned up all installation materials and equipment, and made sure that the area was cleaned. I have nothing but the high praise for the level of knowledge and commitment to the customer that Valentyn demonstrated. I would recommend Drain Com to everyone.

    Great Service!

    I called Draincom because I needed bathroom sink to be installed properly, they had sent technician named Valentyn, he did everything in professional manner, very clean and neat job and answered several additional questions I had. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone I know.

    Drain Clog Unknown Source

    Technician Valentin has been very supportive with my clogging issues in the basement. Very helpful and comes in a timely manner, quick response from this company and their plumber. Recommend for future work.

    Floor Drain

    A drain tube in the cement floor going to the main drain was kinked causing flooding whenever the HVAC system and humidifier were on. Alex assessed the job and was able to fix it the same day. The cement was broken up and a new tube was placed in the trench. Hoses from all systems were intergrated into the new tube. The trench was covered with new cement and the rusty floor drain cover was replaced. Alex was very informative, friendly and efficient. He made sure I was happy with the finished result. Thank you Alex I now don't have to step over 3 tubes that use to lay across the floor going into the drain. I have used DrainCom before and will not hesitate to call in the future. Highly recommend.
