    Leak Analysis

    We called the company due to a leak from the shower into the closet. Valentin arrived right on time and was able to carefully analyze the cause of the leak. I valued the punctuality and due diligence shown as this issue had made our lives miserable. We're extremely thankful!

    Excellent Service

    In late December, over the holidays, our washroom sink was leaking by the base, onto the floor. I called Draincom and set an appointment for the following day. The plumber (Alex) was able to fix it the next day. He worked fast, was communicative and pleasant to deal with.

    Fast, helpful, reliable kitchen sink repair

    My dishwasher stopped draining, and around the same time I could tell there was a bad smell coming from under my kitchen sink. The p-trap was leaking sludge and was coming apart at the seams. Unfortunately, whoever had previously done the plumbing under the sink used rubber cement to glue everything together, so I didn’t know how to take it apart. I called Draincom and they sent Valentyn over to take a look. He pointed out all of the issues that needed fixing, and also why they needed fixing as well. I was a bit apprehensive at first, because it was a much bigger job than I thought. However, his explanation as to what the problem was, and how it was contributing to the issue I had, was very clear and it helped me to understand he was doing the right thing. The work was done cleanly and relatively quickly. Valentyn also answered a number of other plumbing questions that I had that were outside of the scope of the request. Because it was a flat rate, and not hourly, I thought he might be in a rush to leave once he was done, but he still took the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions. Overall I was very happy with the work and wish I had done this years ago.

    Excellent same-day repairs to fix drain clogged by tree roots & other plumbing issues

    Really happy with the service delivered by Borys - Draincom sent him the same day I called, he arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. He ran a video inspection, identified the blockage, and took the time to locate where in my yard the issue was - it was right under a medium sized tree I was considering replacing and have good reason to now! Not only did Borys fix the problem, he scanned our entire sewer line to make sure there weren't any other issues in the drain, properly trimmed the remaining tree roots aside from just clearing the blockage, and fixed two other problems we were experiencing in the house.     Plumbing clean up and video inspection

    Polite, professional, affordable, expert service describes the experience I had with Draincom. This January was the second time I had them out to my place for a general clean up of the plumbing done in the house (originally incorrectly). We had water bubbling back through our sinks and a sewer gas smell in the house frequently. Valentyn was able to fix the issues quickly and adeptly - to code. One year ago January 2016, they provided a no hassle quote as well as fast service, coming out to do a video inspection of the main line of my house. They explained the process and what we were seeing on the video monitor to give me peace of mind that the line was clear and in good shape. From the first phone conversation to the end-of-job they were easy to deal, professional and ultimately got the job done for the best bottom line.

    Basement floor drain upgrade

    This is our second excellent experience with DrainCom, who previously replaced the old cast iron drain stack in our older house in Hamilton. This time, the problem was a bad odour in the basement coming up through one of the old floor drains which, it turns out, did not have a trap below to stop gases from coming back up. Toni correctly diagnosed the problem, gave us a full explanation of options, and within a day he and his team completed the job which involved busting up the concrete, replacing and re-doing the drain connections properly and repairing the concrete floor. Before starting the job, Toni also did a camera inspection to check the rest of the drainpipe under the whole house and right out to the street to check for any other issues (fortunately there were none, which has given us peace of mind). Great customer relations, reliable professional work at a reasonable cost... DrainCom once again scores top marks in our books.

    Kitchen sink drainage issue and full pipe replacement

    I am so thankful that I decide to contact DrainCom to help me with my kitchen sink drainage issue. The company is very professional and friendly and when Alex walked through the door I knew right away I was in good hands. He was very proficient and skilled and when the job turned out to be much more difficult than originally thought he didn't blink an eye. He knew exactly what to do to fix the issue and he just got it done. I would recommend him to my family, friends and anyone looking for the best plumber in the GTA. His work speaks for itself.

    Basement waterproofing and plumbing, etc.

    We have peace of mind now that our basement plumbing, concrete floor, and foundation are improved and renewed. In addition, a good water proofing system is now in place. Toni Temelkovski was able to handle all surprises and difficulties with ease and experienced knowledge. We really appreciated his responsiveness throughout. The crew was very hard working, with the main member Vasil showing dedication throughout. We plan on using DrainCom again to do exterior waterproofing soon!

    Emergency Call out for burst/leaking hot water pipe

    Drain Com in Mississauga was "exceptionally" excellent today. My elderly mother had a burst hot water pipe, and had been very upset as the day before she had been given an estimate from a different company for thousands of dollars. This other company had suggested so much unnecessary work that I was shocked when she told me. I convinced her to let me have a second company come have a look and Alex from Drain Com truly came to her rescue. He had the tools and materials on him, and the repair was done in 2 hours and for just a few hundred dollars. I would definitely have confidence in recommending this company. Even the lady on the phone at the office was pleasant. All in all, a great experience. Thanks so much.

    Bathroom Repairs

    The repairman, Borys, recently fixed two items in our master bathroom. He was polite, professional, and explained the issues before proceeding with the repair. Upon completion, he explained the repairs he made and reviewed the invoice. I was also impressed with the care he took with respect to our hardwood floors. My wife and I could not be happier with the service!
