    Great Service

    Great Staff, very helpful, accommodating and knowledgable Guys. Alex who came to my house fixed things quickly and was very knowledgable in terms of brands and otherwise. offered me helpful tips. I highly recommend DrainCom to anyone who is seeking plumbing services. Kudos DrainCom.

    Outstanding Customer Service

    The customer service provided at Drain.com is outstanding, from the office staff, to the plumbers, especially Alex. Alex was very helpful with his advice, and the office staff was very accommodating.

    Repair Leak and only Lukewarm Water coming out of Bathroom Faucet/Spout

    Very impressive company. First of all Valentyn is a very nice person, very good at assessing the problem (experienced), and easy to work with. He came at the appointment time and assessed the issue very quickly. He determined that the cylinder needed replacing to fix the lukewarm water issue (cylinder allowing mixing of water) and that the spout was causing the leak behind the wall. It all made sense, based on where the leak was damaging the wall. He reseated the old, loose spout with new (orange) plumbing tape (thicker than white tape) and it screwed in tightly to the vertical. The new cylinder will be ordered to replace the old one, if available. Otherwise, Valentyn will redo the faucet system. He explained how this would all be done if that needed to happen. To find DrainCom, I narrowed my search to 12 plumbers, and after assessing cost, problems customers had, workmanship, and how established was the company, I came up with DrainCom that filled all the qualities. We are very happy with Valentyn and DrainCom, and would recommend them to anyone.

    Frozen sump outtake pipe fixed at 10pm

    We had a frozen outtake pipe from our sump pump that became a real problem when the snow turned to rain and started draining like crazy into our sump pump. As it rained, I was emptying out the sump pump with our shopvac continuously to avoid a flood in our finished basement, which is when I called Draincom, based on previous Homestar reviews. Within a couple of hours of calling, Borys was at our house. And at 9pm in the pouring January rain, he cut the outside frozen pipe and extended a new sump pipe from the existing, and had our sump pump back in business within the hour. Incredibly helpful, very efficient and also extremely fair pricing for an after-hours call in inclemate weather. I will definitely use Draincom again for any plumbing related issues, and highly recommend.

    Faucet replacement and inspection

    I highly recommend Draincom! Valentyn came on time, was very professional and polite. Replaced faucet very fast , also, he checked my bathrooms and walls as I suspected leaking. He also answered my numerous plumbing related questions :) Would definitely call Draincom if I have another plumbing related issues.

    Fixing bathroom drain

    I had a drain leakage problem stemming from the second floor's bathtub drain. Alex from Draincom promptly came to the rescue and fixed in at a reasonable cost. Nice and hilarious guy!

    Waterproofing

    Very pleased with the service from Draincom. I needed to do some water proofing on the side of the house. Vlad came out and gave a reasonable price, working within my budget, to water proof and seal the foundation wall. The work was scheduled quickly and completed efficiently. The crew worked hard and the clean up was amazing! I would recommend 100% and will definitely use them again for all my plumbing and waterproofing needs. Vlad even followed up a few days later to ensure I was pleased with their work. Thank you Vlad. (Ray from Etobicoke)

    Bathtub clogged drain

    My fiancé and I had an issue with a clogged bathtub which wouldn't drain after use and would spit up every time the bathroom sink was run or the kitchen sink as well. Alex from DrainCom came and did an excellent job. He was able to identify the problem fairly quickly, was professional, courtesous, and friendly. Top notch quality service! I would call DrainCom again for any future issues.

    Quick, Clean project

    Called DrainCom as I needed a faucet and water filter installed ASAP. They were great on the phone in meeting my desired timeline. Valentyn was very punctual; and proceeded with the project in a very professional manner. Clean-up was thorough and care was taken not to make a mess to begin with. Valentyn even volunteered to secure a loose toilet which he noticed was loose.

    Leaky Bathtub Faucet
