    bathroom faucet and vanity install. 2 other bathroom faucet installs.

    Have a tiny powder room with crazy pipes where sink broke. No one would help me and those who would wanted to charge the usual 300% markup because its forest hill . Valentyn B came out-never changed the quote on me even tho work was much longer than expected. He was simply great. Professional and thorough. He vacuumed and cleaned everything when finished. I would hire this company in a heartbeat from now on-especially Val. Have already recommended to a friend. This company did not disappoint.

    Valve replacement

    Our house had some valves that needed replacing due to either being leaky or completely non-functional. Alex arrived early to assess the job and worked quickly to replace the valves and associated sections of piping, then made sure everything was functioning correctly. I would definitely give Alex another call for future plumbing issues.

    Entire 3 bedroom house plumbing rough in

    The project was to renovate an entire 3 bedroom home. DrainCom (and specifically Val) were very professional. Gave us a quote and proceeded to complete the work. Inspection issues were fixed at no additional cost. Would highly recommend.

    solved issues with leaky valvs and sink drains.

      I had few plumbing issues in my house( leak at the main shut off, selfflushing toilet etc) To my luck i called Drain Com. Girl on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeble. She was able to set appointment with plumber for the next day. Plumber Valentyn arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. He finished job fast and cleaned after himself. Val gave me several good suggestions on plumbing in my house. So satisfied with service!

    Reanovation

    We were going through basement renovation. New plumbing rough ins for shower had to be made, as well as toilet and sinks installed. After receiving few quotes we called Drain Com. Plumber specialist Valentyn came and priced the job. His estimate was the best. Without any hesitation we scheduled him to do the work. Everything was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Thank you Val and Drain Com!

    Outlet Tap for backyard fixed

    Valentyn B. visited my house on 24th November 2016. He did a fantastic job for me. My shutoff tap for my garden was not closing. He spent a lot of time trying to open it but was not successful. Then he replaced it with a new tap. He was very patient , courteous and polite in his explanation to me. He explained in full details about the problem. Also when I asked him question in between the work he answered me politely. I would definitely recommend DrainCom to my friends and families. In fact Valentyn was recommended to me by one of our friends. Keep up the good job Valentyn and make your company feel proud about your work. Thank you. Allan Fernandes

    Replaced Sump Pump

    Valentyn Borysevych came and replaced our sump pump. He was on time, well-informed and efficient. He explained what was going on and took time to answer all my questions. Very pleased with him and his services!

    Plugged kitchen sink

    Alex from DrainCom came by the same day that I called and was great. He fixed the plugged kitchen drain quickly and was cool with my large dog wandering around checking him out. Thanks Alex.

    Replacement Bathroom faucet and shut off valves installed

    Very pleased with the services of Draincom. Valentyn arrived on time and performed the requested work professionally. He did have to return for a minor leak issue, but did so the same day and all was fixed to my satisfaction. I would certainly use Draincom again if needed and recommend them to others.

    Sewage Issue

    We discovered a sewage backflow into 2 drains of our basement in our brand new house! We called DrainCom that morning and they sent Tony out to help us by that afternoon. He was able to diagnose the issue within a half hour. As it involved the City pipes, Tony provided us with a report with which to contact the City to have it fixed. His diagnosis was confirmed and dealt with within the day. I found Tony and the Draincom rep we dealt with to be very helpful, professional and reassuring during a distressing and potentially complicated drainage issue. We would definitely contact this company again.
