    Drainage issue with kitchen sink

    Alex came by and assesssd the problem, snaked the drain twice and made sure the sink ran smoothly after. Cleaned up well after he was done and was very friendly. I'd recommend going with draincom and ask for alex if possible

    Ask for Vlad!

    I had previously had DrainCom come in to scope my downspouts, as I believed they were clogged with debris and contributing to a water issue I was having in the basement. Vlad came out, scoped them, and was very friendly and accommodating during the whole process, giving lots of suggestions for the water issue in the basement, and a quote for waterproofing and weeping tile inspection. When I found a leaking drain fitting in my basement, I called Vlad directly. He said he was nearby and was at my door 10 minutes later. He did a free scope of the drain right there to calm my worries that there was a bigger issue backing up the drain, and he's sending a plumber over to fix the fitting. I'm very happy with the level of service that Vlad provided.

    basement waterproofing

    Because they did such a good job replacing our water connection to the city pipe at the property line I decided to use them for the leaky basement wall down the driveway. Carl made an estimate but once the trench was excavated it was obvious that the rear wall had to be done as well. No argument once I saw its condition. The crew, especially Petro, were organized and tidy. The rear wall was cramped under a deck but they managed to restrict all the backfill to avoid damaging plants. Very professional.

    Plumbing reno

    Very fast and reliable service. Our technician was polite and thorough. He answered all of our questions and did a fantastic job with our renovations. I would definitely recommend this company

    Great plumbing work by Valentyn B.

    The main water shut-off in my basement needed to be replaced, along with some other plumbing works in my house. After searching and viewing reviews on homestar, I decided to go with Draincom. This is so far the best experience I have had for services in and around my house. Santina the customer service is very nice and responsive, free estimate was arranged in a timely manner. Valentyn B the plumber who came to give me the estimate is very honest and professional. The work was arranged a week later, Val showed up right on time, replaced the main shut-off and installed a pressure reducing valve along with some other works. There was some minor issue with a valve, but Val came back early next morning and fixed everything. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Val and I'm so happy that I made a good choice with Draincom. thank you Val for the great work! Will definitely use Draincom for my future plumbing works, and recommend the company to my friends. P.S. I forgot to mention that Val also found a minor leak in one of the old water connectors and replaced it for free! I didn't even notice it but it could cause a disaster in the future, thanks again Val! Henry Update on May 3rd. I have to update the review and lower the rating. So there has been a small dripping developed on one of the valves replaced six months ago. And I called Val today asking if he could come to fix it. Val asked me to schedule a service call and pay for it by blaming the defective part (the valve) or poor maintenance although it says clearly one year warranty on the receipt. I rejected it and will look for someone else instead. Second update on May 4th, Val called me last night and arranged to come to fix the issue this morning. He arrived on time and replaced the valve and tested to make sure no more dripping. I will take back my previous update and revert back to the original rating. Thank you Val and also thanks to home star to provide this wonderful site to find good services and also let me update my comments.

    Installing toilets and adjusting slope of pipe in kitchen sink

    Alex did an excellent job in installing two toilets and fixing one of the pipes in my kitchen sink. He's has a good sense of humor and he is very patient. He took his time to make sure I was satisfied wjth all the work that was done in my house Alex is my "right hand man" when it comes to plumbing. Keep up the good work.

    Kitchen Sink Drain and Leak Repair

    Contacting Draincom was the best decision I made when addressing a slow drain and leak in my kitchen sink. Not only were they able to accommodate me on the day I called, they sent a knowledgeable and friendly plumber, Alex. My kitchen issues were quickly fixed in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost (and clean). I recommend Draincom and will call them for my plumbing needs next time around.

    Drain replacement

    We had been in our 1908-built house less than a year, and had big house drain problems. The basement sump was picking up a sewage smell. I flushed and cleaned the sump but the smell kept coming back. Eventually I phoned Draincom to do a camera inspection of the main drains. Tony came next day and quickly diagnosed leaks from the main drain entering the sump, and recommended several approaches to further investigate and deal with the issue. As we proceeded, more and more issues were found from a very poor DIY job about 15 years and two owners ago. Not to mention old clay pipes cracked with roots in front, old building trap, and lead water supply. So... Long story short, in 5 working days the crew renewed the whole drain system from base of the main stack to the city line in front, added a backflow valve in front of the house, and replaced the lead water supply. It was a stressful and disruptive situation but once you start this kind of work you want to know everything gets done right. Tony and the crew were good to work with, I got assistance from Draincom dealing with my insurance (received partial coverage eventually), and with the city backflow rebate application. We have a 25 yr transferable warranty on the drains, and they were out of the house in a week. It's about all you can ask for with this kind of situation. Thanks guys!

    Basement project

    Valentyn and his crew delivered the project on time and on budget. Working area was very clean and tidy. No hidden fees, no last minute increases. I highly recommend draincom.

    drain pipe leak

    This is our first time using DrainCom and we would highly recommend them to anyone! Response time was fast; Alex was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job; price was reasonable.
