Val arrived a little late but more than made up for it with his great service. The drain was snaked and unclogged very quickly and DrainCom even honoured a coupon even though the price they quoted me was already competitive. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Also Val - we still have your wrench - come and pick it up! :)

Had an old broken faucet that needed to be replaced. Borys came on time and went above and beyond to get rid of the old faucet, even using a power tool, which I did not have. He did all of this in a very short period of time. He even replaced a fixture on the drain pipe that had become corroded for no extra charge. A very pleasant experience!

Borys came to my house to help re-install my downstairs toilet after redoing the tiles. He was very welcoming and friendly, he was also really efficient and did a great job and I would recommend Draincom and Borys in the future. aleX

I had a few companies come out to give an estimate for the crack in my foundation. DrainCom was quick to send a technician out, fair in their pricing, and the salesman was polite. He explained step by step what would go into the work, and made me feel confident in their workmanship. The crew worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them, and I'll be calling them again for any future needs.

As first time home owners there are lots of firsts... With the cold weather here to stay it was time to shut off the outside water spout. Easy right? Well, we turned it off and thought that we had done it right; that is until we went to use the cold water in the kitchen and there wasn't any to be had. We contacted Draincom that evening and scheduled a plumber to come out, thankfully, for the next day. Upon arrival, Borys took the time to thoroughly investigate our plumbing needs, he showed tremendous respect for our home and patiently explained everything to us. Borys was able to quickly and efficiently remedy our plumbing problems and at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Draincom and will definitely be contacting them again should any other issues/ renovations come up!

Our outdoor faucet was dripping and we couldn't find the shut-off valve in the house. I was able to have someone (Valentyn) come within 24hrs of my call. He was professional, explained the problem, how he would fix it and how much it would cost. (He also found the shut-off valve that had been buried behind the drywall.) He did a great job and it ended up costing less than the quote (always a bonus). Very satisfied customer!

I can't say enough good about Valentin and DrainCom. I wanted to retrofit a bathroom and laundry area into a 150yr old Victorian basement. Which means nothing is easy, and Valentin did a phenomenal job while maintaining a great sense of humour about the complexity. The office always made it easy to schedule his time. And DrainCom stuck to the original quote despite the difficulties. Fantastic all around!!
