We called on a Sunday and Borys showed up in the 1.5 hour estimated time. He was excellent with providing detailed information and recommendations for our issue. While he couldn't fix the issue (it was a leak from a fire protection pipe, which the building owns) he was very clear about who we should call and gave us excellent advice (at no charge). Next plumbing issue we have we will be calling Borys ASAP!

We emptied our old hot water into our basement drain and the water came back up the pipes and flooded the basement. I knew something was up so called DrainCom right away. Carl came within an hour and showed me the problem with his video camera. Our clay pipes were completely perforated with roots that were choking the pipes. Carl was able to start the job the next day and install a backflow valve. They were friendly and efficient and we feel much better knowing that we will not have any worse floods in the future.

Just had the best service from Val. We had a nasty case of copper drain being clogged in our kitchen sink. Val came in and assessed the problem right away. Got some new parts for me and did the job in under an hour. Along the road, he explained why and how he was doing things and recommended ways of taking care of it next time. He even did clean out our washroom sink while he was at it! He saved our holiday lol

I called DrainCom to replace two water valves. Scheduling went smoothly and the lady I spoke with was very friendly. The quote I received was very reasonable for the work. Val came to do the work and he was a pleasure to deal with. He did the work efficiently and everything is looking great. This is my first experience with this company and I am happy with how it turned out.

Really pleased and impressed with the speed of scheduling our appointment and then the very professional, straightforward approach from this company. Valentyn was very patient in explaining what he would need to do, quickly shopped for all the necessary parts and in less than a day , we had two new laundry sinks, a washing machine hooked up and ready to go and new drains installed. Very tidy and helpful even with the cabinet feet! I would highly recommend Val and this company.

A hot water tap in the guest bathroom has been flowing slowly and sometimes stuttered as water came out. This has been going on for a long time. We have replaced the cartridge and the aerator to no avail. Soon the New Year will arrive and we have to quickly find a plumber to fix it before our parties and gatherings start. It is not easy to find an honest and reliable plumber but we are very happy to have found this company. An appointment was available within 2 hours of the initial call and Borys arrived promptly around lunchtime with his company van and tools. He took one quick look and said this is an easy do-it-yourself adjustment of the water supply line under the sink and he did not charge us anything for coming over and telling us how to do this. The hot water tap is now flowing very nicely. DrainCom really lives up to its near perfect rating.

DrainCom sent plumber, Borys Bykov, to repair our master leaky shower drain. Borys quickly analyzed and repaired the problem with little damage to our laundry area ceiling located directly below. I would recommend DrainCom for your plumbing solutions.

We had a leak in the ceiling, and Toni from Draincom came over on a short time notice, quickly found the bursted pipe and fixed the water lines. Will recommend Draincom without hesitation. Toni did clean and neat job, protected our new hardwood floors, priced the job reasonably for the time he spend and he didn't charge emergency fee! Yes!!! He waived it!!! Finally an honest tradesmen, I'm glad I found them. Thank you Toni and Draincom

Had an issue with my shower faucet that it all of a sudden would not turn and couldn't get the water on. I called DrainCom this morning and within a few hours Val came over and fixed the issue. Things are back to normal and I can take a shower again! Very impressed with their efficiency and ability to get the job done. Will use them for any plumbing needed in the future...and of course request Val!
