I have a 10 years old house. The kitchen sink main drain clogged recently. For a few days, we can not use the kitchen sink properly. I called DrainCom on Saturday and explained the situation. The receptionist was very friendly, wrote down my issues and send in Toni the next day. Toni arrived on time, carefully examine the problem and resolved our problem diligently. Toni was very patient and very nice to deal with. This was our first major plumbing job on the house. With Toni, the price was quoted reasonable, the work was done with satisfaction and honesty. What a relief for us! I highly recommend DrainCom and will not hesitate to hire this company again in the future.

I took pride in finding this company! We hired "Borys" from DrainCom to repair and install many things (8-9 long itemized list) for an old house that we recently bought. He worked long hours and hard!!! Nor did he charge us for a few of the things that he did. His price was very competitive and he stuck to his quote even though he did more work than what was expected of him. He has such a great personality and work ethics (one of a kind in this industry), he's patient, sincere, has great manners, trust worthy and very knowledgable. Also he's so considerate, he cleans up after each job, leaving my place clean and mess free! Such a pleasure to work with! We couldn't have chose a better professional and company! I contacted 3 plumbing companies to get quotes for this work. Draincom was the second quote and was 1/5 the cost of the first plumber. I didn't even bother to check the 3rd plumber. Draincom had excellent reviews and gave a 1 year parts and labour warranty. The job was a bit tricky as I had used a indian wood dresser and imported copper sink and tap - none of which were ordinary or fit together perfectly. My plumber Boris was patient, hardworking and thorough. He tool the time to do the job right and answered my questions happily. I was very pleased with his work and also dealing with the company to arrange the work. I would absolutely recommend them, this is the 6th plumber I have dealt with over the years and the best value by far. Tina F

In a word Outstanding!! Two weeks into my condo I noticed the tub drain was draining very slowly. After a less than desirable experience with another company called Draincom and they sent Toni out. Toni worked hard and even with the tight space and small bathroom persisted till the job was done. Toni was hardworking, courteous, friendly, professional and honest. Will be calling them in future for all my plumbing needs. Most impressed with this company from office staff to Toni to their very fair prices. Thank you Toni and Draincom

Slava was polite and knowledgeable of his work. Told me straight up what it would cost and what to expect, didn't beat around the bush. He was thorough and solved the issue. I will use them again but hopefully not for a very long time. :P

I called DrainCom for a clogged shower drain. Valentyn showed up promptly (actually asked if he could come earlier which was even better). He took care of the clogged drain quickly and efficiently and asked for paper towels and a bag to clean up the mess that inevitably happens when snaking a drain. He not only left the shower and surrounding area as clean as possible but also took the time to remove his shoes upon entering my house. I noticed this because just prior to Val coming, another person had come for another job and walked over the carpets with his dirty shoes. I would certainly call DrainCom again for any plumbing issues. Valentyn did a great job and at a fair price.

Slava and his team did a fantastic job for us. I would recommend them to anyone. We had to replace an old trap under our front yard that was clogged up and causing water to back up into our basement drains. They had the best price for the work and did it all with great care. There was a slight adjustment needed to get things just right and they came back to take care of it immediately and without complaint or extra charge. I feel lucky to have found them. You will too.

Once in a while you come across simply honest, dedicated and i dare say, nice individual, who appears to really care about the job and how they deal with people. In this age, many peple would say the trades are not trustworthy and to be wary (and i would say the same, except for this time). We booked an appointment with Drain Con and Valentyn showed up right on schedule. His job was simple, replace the drain that had broken off the tub. He quoted the price and set off to the store to find the part. It turned out it did not fit so he returned to the store to get another one. The second part did not fit so he could not make the repair in the end. After 2 trips to the store, he explained how we could obtain the part and what we could do to restore the drain. After all the time spent, all he accepted from u was our thanks and that was it! I would absolutely recommend this company even though we did not get our drain fixed as the service was exceptional.

I contacted Draincom at 9:30am on Monday morning. Les (the plumber assigned) arrived by 12pm (noon) the same day and had both drains cleared by 1:00pm. These guys are responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They just get the job done.

Great service and workmanship. It was such an easy process with this company. I called to get a quote and from all the quotes I received from other companies, this was the best. Booking was fast and they were efficient with sending out inspectors before the job. The work its self went really smooth and the crew were so clean. They cleaned up after the job was complete.
