I had a plumber come and install a tub for me. I wasn't sure that they did a good job and wanted a second opinion. After reviewing HomeStars, I decided to call DrainCom based on the number and quality of reviews. I'm so glad I did. Val the plumber gave me a rough quote over the phone; based on the amount I knew he wasn't trying to take me for a ride. He showed up on the date and at the time promised. He inspected the tub and concluded that it was okay but the rough-ins were too far inset. He adjusted them so that, once the tiling was done, the trim would go on properly. While he was here, he also installed two faucets, connected two vanity drains, one shower trim kit, replaced 5 shut-offs, and replaced 2 outdoor hose bibs. All this for a very reasonable price. I feel like I underpaid. To be fair, the solder on one of the shutoffs drips a tiny bit. When I called to tell him the next day as that's when I noticed, Val offered to come immediately to fix it. With the shutoff engaged, it doesn't drip so I'll have him do it when I'm ready to have the toilets and trim installed in my bathrooms when they're done. Mistakes happen; that's life. I'm impressed that he owned-up to it and was willing to come right away to fix it instead of making excuses. Val is courteous, friendly, competent, and professional. I hope I don't ever have plumbing problems but if I do I will be calling him. All in all, don't waste anymore of your time looking for plumbers. Too many give outrageous quotes, or charge you a fee to come and give an outrageous quote, or just don't return your calls. Call DrainCom. Based on my experience, you'll be glad you did.

Slava came to provide me a quote, was professional and polite. A few days later his team showed up and started the work with minimal mess and zero time wasted. The entire crew were a pleasure to deal with, and are some of the neatest contracts I have worked with, even hosing down my driveway at the end of the day. Santina at the office is also super helpful. Will call these guys for all future plumbing needs.

One of the cold water pipe connections was leaking. Called DrainCom and they were able to arrange an appointment the same day. Valentin is amazing. He inspected the problem and suggested solution. As my pipes are not standard ones regular fitting didn't work. But Valentin was able to find and get the right parts. It was pretty hard but he made it! He fixed the leakage and followed up couple days later. Would definitely recommend DrainCom to my friends and colleagues! Excellent services in timely manner. Thanks a lot!

DrainCom is an exceptional company. The truth is, I have never hired a contractor that is as professional, conscientious and honest as DrainCom. I could make a long list as to why they are a TOP company in this industry, however I am limited as to how many words can be written. Their prices are extremely good when I did competitive quotes. I have used them for many years now and they have always delighted me.

We had called DrainCom on Sunday as we had a clogged kitchen drain in our condo apartment. We had a slow drain for quite some time but it finally clogged up and would no loner drain at all. We were lucky that DrainCom had a cancellation and they were able to come the next day. Valentyn arrived excactly at the stated time and was very professional and courteous. He assessed the problem and was able to unclog the drain using a mechanical snaking device. As it turns out, the problem did not lay in our condo but in the main pipeline of the condominium. Nonetheless, he was able to clear the blockage and was able to do so even though it was not a fault of our own unit. Thank you Valentyn for your good work and we would definitely consider calling DrainCom and Valentyn again should another issue arise.

My home's builder placed the garage water spout in the worst location, it was only a matter of time before I accidentally hit it with my car. That day finally came. These guys came within a couple of hours of my phone call, and fixed it right up. They even relocated the spout to a safer location in my garage. Would definitely recommend them using them. I'm keeping their number in my back pocket for any future work.

For the past 4 years our kitchen sink has leaked intermittently. We've had it looked at several times yet the problem never got fixed. Since the sink leaked infrequently, it was hard to pinpoint the problem. DrainCom sent Borys to come and have a look at it. He removed his shoes upon arrival and was polite. Borys came across an unexpected problem while trying to fix our sink and went the extra mile to resolve the issue. We were impressed with his professionalism and very happy with the quality of his work.

Our kitchen sink was clogged for a 2nd time in several months and DrainCom was called in. They had the right tools (an in-pipe camera, etc.) and experience to quickly identify the cause, which was grease settlement in a long run of horizontal drain pipe. The technician, a young and cutesy man called Borys, worked hard to reroute the pipe into a sloping down position, which will prevent future settlement. Borys also communicated well on the cause, solution, and cost estimation, and tidied up everything before he left. I'm very satisfied with DrainCom's professional work!

We are very happy with the service from DrainCom. The pricing was quite reasonable compared to other companies. Borys Bykov came to repair our leaking pipes and did a wonderful job. He was very friendly and professional all throughout. We definitely recommend him for any plumbing job.
