from the time you call DrainCom to make an appointment I found very friendly and knowledgeable response. Today I got the visit as scheduled on time and they kept the same high quality. Amazing customer service provided by Borys, he took the time to answer all my questions and was able to replace the main shut off valve in not time at the first try. He was very clean and left everything back the way it was. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend the plumbing services provided by Borys from DrainCom. He provided assistance in finding the appropriate part and expertly installed the P-Trap under my washroom sink. Very reasonable price for the job as well! I will definitely recommend Borys to my friends and family.

When we found a water leak and mold behind kitchen cabinets as part of a kitchen project, we were desperate for a plumber the next day to find and fix the leak. After several dead ends and no callbacks from others, reached out to DrainCom at 10pm from their HomeStars profile and got someone live who arranged a visit by Valentim the NEXT DAY at 2pm. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problems, went to get parts and finished the job all in one day for a very agreeable price. So Impressed with his work and service, had him come back 2 weeks later to install the kitchen sink and fix a problem with a faucet. The faucet had a small blockage that he quickly removed and didn't charge us for. Kitchen sink and dishwasher hookup were very reasonable. Am going to get DrainCom to install a backflow valve next. One of the BEST contractors I have ever had the pleasure to use.

We had a drain problem which rendered our kitchen sink completely unusable. A plunger was not very helpful so it was about time to invite an expert. Amongst several companies with excellent ratings on HomeStars I chose DrainCom. It was late but I left a message. My call was returned promptly and we set up an appointment. Borys arrived right on time. A short investigation confirmed the suspicion that the blockage is underneath the basement floor. The question was how bad it is... Using camera he found out that at least there is no solid blockage. It was the time for a drain cleaning machine... The kitchen sink is back to normal now, thanks to DrainCom. I highly recommend this company due to reasonable prices and high quality of work. Borys is a very energetic, knowledgeable and experienced specialist. Thanks again !

Last year, we had a sewage backup problem in our basement, which is a pretty terrible problem to have. We called Draincom and they replaced our entire sewage pipe, which was a fairly extensive job. We were very happy with them. We also hired them to do a minor job with a leaky pipe, which they also handled. They are very trustworthy with the work, and their prices, while not a bargain, are fair.

I would highly recommend Borys Bykov for any plumbing services.. He is very knowledgable and friendly.. He explained all the plumbing issues in my house and provide recommendation and suggestions whether it's short or long term solutions.. He came prepared and ready to go.. was thinking to replaced my faucet but after his inspection, all is fixed without having to go through wall / tile construction. I am happy to return my newly bought faucet back :). Will definitely make another appointment once I get my kitchen faucet ready to be installed... leaking must be fixed asap.. thanks Borys!! Company was recommended by a friend. plumbing leak in cold water feed pipe. The company sent a plumber within a few hours of my call. The serviceman Les was efficient, friendly and came up with a price much less than I'd expected.

Called Draincom and within 2 hours Borys showed up as scheduled. After listening to our explanation and looking into the issue at hand, he explained how he was going to fix it while making sure we understand what was involved. He was very diligent, honest and polite. He had the job completed in no time and without leaving a mess behind. He also charged us a fair price. We even scheduled a subsequent appointment with customer service for the replacement of the main shut-off valve which required coordinating with the city. We were very satisfied with their service and would recommend Draincom to friends and family.

As a woman its difficult having to call service men. You never know who's gonna show up and how they might rip you off. Borys was amazing. Helpful and polite. Her came up with a solution to my drainage pipe issue, sawed the thing down and made it look like it was never there. I'll be calling him and DrainCom again when we finally get to finishing our bathroom in the basement!
