I contacted Draincom based on the excellent reviews on this site, and I was not only satisfied, I was delighted with their service on all levels. From my first call with their highly professional and efficient front office person, Corie, to their outstanding plumbing professional Valentin who did the work. We were adding a second bathroom in the basement of our home, which involved not only tying in a new bath, seperate shower, sink and toilet to the existing system, but also getting through a good amount of 4+inch thick concrete slab, concrete block, and concrete footings. Valentin showed up the next day after my initial call to Draincom, and quickly assessed the scope and complexity, and actually suggested an alternative which would have been less costly. He provided on the spot a written quote, and while his alternative was an option I was fine with, he who knows best (my husband) decided he wanted the more complicated option. Draincom's quote was fair and competitive for the work involved, and we hired them immediately. I can't say enough about Valentin, his professionalism, the outstanding quality of the work he did, and his overall smarts and ability to get things done quickly. He is also one of the most charming and genuine human beings you are ever likely to meet. So hats off to Draincom - 10/10 on all levels, couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I will call Draincom, and request Valentin in particular, for all future needs, and wholeheartedly recommend both the company and Valentin to friends and family. Thank you!

I'm very satisfied with their service. Boris spend time in finding the problem with my kitchen faucet. He fixed my faucet perfectly. He was very punctual, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Borys came the same day we called regarding two blocked toilets, one on our main floor bathroom and the other in our master bedroom.... he was very polite, courteous, insightful and throrough. Showed me the pipe through a camera that he inserted all the way down showing that it wasn't a blockage in the pipping. Then he showed me the item blocking the hole in the flow of the water going down. In both toilets. He was clean and made sure no mess was made and even cleaned up a little of the mess made by some water drops and drips. He was great!

I've recieved such great service from drain com. The customer service was impeccable in their helpfulness and friendliness. The plumber was punctual and had the job complete in minimal time. Also not too bad on the eyes either. wont be using any other plumbing companies.

Great experience with Draincom! Our master shower would not drain, so I tried LiquidPlumr and then a plunger - neither worked. I called Draincom and had an appointment within a few hours of my call. Our technician Borys, was very helpful and friendly. He snaked the shower drain quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Draincom again for any plumbing jobs. Their 9.9 HomeStars average is warranted, in my opinion. Thank you!

very competitive quote. they were fast and clean - left no mess. provided a professional service and were responsive to my needs and requests. didn't have any problem coming back to fix a minor issue after finishing the job. i used them again for another job and would recommend them. the project manager slava is a very nice and knowledgeable guy.

Was able to reach someone afterhours no problem and set up an appointment for the next day. Valentin was nice and early within the 2 hour window that was quoted, and did an awesome job. He was friendly and thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. Definitely got me out of a pinch - thanks, Valentin!

I would recommend and will recommend Draincom to family and friends. Boris was knowledgable, professional and friendly. The "two hour window" as opposed to the "five hour window" started off the experience well and it continued right through to the end. Excellent job Boris!!!

I would highly recommend DrainCom. I had Valentin and Boris come to my house yesterday to instal a powder room vanity. They went above and beyond, as the baseboard needed to be cut for the vanity to sit properly against the wall, and Valentin was happy to help with this. Boris also took the time to time explain everything to me in terms I would understand. Overall, they did an amazing job, for nearly half of what I would have paid elsewhere.
