We were very impressed with the work this company did for us. In particular, I would like to commend Ievgenii Kushmarak and his team. They completed this work in a fully finished basement without any damage or mess. The work outside was also exemplary. They also coordinated their work very smoothly with other contractors working on our house at the same time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Driancom came by Friday morning, and began the work right away, pleasant caring careful and Excellent Young Gentlemen, Borys, replace the Cement Contruction work that was needed due to a basement Flood,The Company Did an Excellent Job, and they did it in good time and It's Perfect, Hounable, Hard Working, I recommend this Company, Draincom to anyone whom would like a Perfect Job and reasonable rates, (I got other estimates and this company come out much more reasonable in cost. We've now used Draincom a total of 3 times for two properties that we own and each time they've done an excellent job. They show up on time, always do sufficient prep to ensure the workspace is secure and won't mess up the rest of your home and finish the job in one shot. They are reliable, friendly, responsive and do great work. When finished, the space is always clean and returned back to it's normal state. I would highly recommend Slava and his team for any plumbing related job. Their price is fair, competitive and is of great value.

Draincom was great! Given the rising costs related to flooding, we wanted to know how vulnerable we are in our Victorian semi. One company scoped the drains and proposed that we dig up the floor of our finished basement and replace the old clay pipes. When Eugene arrived from Draincom, he scoped beyond the interior drain system and discovered that we had a much more pressing problem in the drains outside the house than those under the basement. Our 130 year old clay pipes between the exterior wall and the property line were almost totally clogged with roots and the original trap was virtually full with 'stuff'. Eugene's careful examination of the entire system (which was provided without charge) made us aware of the numerous problems associated with such an old system, which provided a basis for us to prioritize our next steps. He also made clear the questions that were unanswerable during that first inspection, until he could scope the system from another vantage point, were laid out for our consideration. Eugene was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. As a result of his investigation, we had Draincom (Eugene, Anatole and their staff) replace the problematic section of the exterior pipe with new PVC and add cleanouts. The entire crew was reliable, punctual and skilled. One accident happened during the job, involving a piece of stone garden edging that was broken by the back-hoe - but that piece of limestone was replaced with a new, custom cut slab in a very satisfactory way. Eugene and Boris then came to 'powerwash' the main drain under the house. I watched as the amazing camera and monitor revealed the condition of the drain pipe after being cleaned. This revealed a much clearer view of damage to the pipes that had been hard to detect when they were still full of cob webs and such. Because our basement is completely finished, Eugene recommended that regular maintenance of the pipes (i.e. 'powerwashing' every few years) would likely enable the system to work for some time. Ultimately, it will be necessary to replace these pipes, but it will be disruptive and expensive, so buying more time for the existing drain is appreciated. Eugene's knowledge, patience and advice was a great asset as we assessed the plumbing issues of our drain system. There is more work to be done, but we have been able to understand and prioritize the work. And I'm sure we will have Draincom in again to deal with issues as we deal with them. Their prices are fair and their work is superior. Thanks!

We called DrainCom based on a referral from a neighbour. Slava came by and quoted the work for a back flow valve. He was on time, professional and was helpful in that he also pointed out we were missing a drain. Something my husband and I never realized was missing. Clearly this was important to have so we included it in the scope of the project. He was also accommodating in that he matched a competitors quote. We booked the job and they were able to start one week later. Oleg and his partner were very professional and respectful of our home. They completed the work fast and cleaned up their mess, and boy was it messy! We were also very pleased that they made clean cuts in the broken tiles making it easy for us to replace. 2 days later Levgenii came to complete a drain clean out. He was thorough and clean. He showed me the cleaned out drain with the camera when he was complete and also located our main stack as I had mentioned that we didn't know where it was. This was extremely helpful for us as we are considering a bathroom renovation in the basement and we would have likely needed to make holes everywhere to find it. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with the job and would definitely use them again for any future needs. Thanks guys!

Draincom installed a secondary Liberty sump pump for us as a preventative water disasster meaasure. This week when my husband was checking on things as it was pouring outside, he managed to unconnecst things, DrainCom came promptly and spent over forty minutes fixing things. There was no cost to us for this follow-up visit although my husband caused the damaged. The supervisor was very respectable and polite to deal with. This was our second successful project with DrainCom.

We had 2 floods into the basement apartment in 3 weeks, Draincom responded to my call 1st thing in the morning to get the drain scoped and provide a solution. Next day staff where on site to provide an enlarged drain to manage the increased rain flow. I appreciated their quick response, professionalism and accommodating my emergency.

We called Draincom on a referral from a good friend and couldn't be happier. We needed about 80 linear feet of exterior area excavated in order to do the job, half of which required the Draincom crew to remove a 6" concrete slab. We were very happy with their quick, clean and efficient work. Their crew worked hard and we're very friendly and polite. A couple of weeks after they completed the job... our landscapers were doing some digging and ripped the waterproof membrane in a number of places... Draincom came back the day after we called them and repaired it all for FREE!!! Great customer service and they really deserve their referrals. Speak with Slava and Ievgenii. Carl came out to take a look at my disastrous sump pump set up, and made some recommendations on how to improve the whole system. I had already bought a battery and needed a back up system that could use the existing battery. Ievgenii arrived a few days later and did a really fantastic job - he replaced and improved the piping, moved the sink, and installed a new sump pump with battery back up. He hooked it all up to my existing battery, with no fuss. He was friendly, quick and tidy, and had good ideas on how to get the best out of my system. I'm now inviting them back to do other plumbing work for me.

This company does not take your money until the work that was contracted for is completed, successful and tested in time. Both Slava and Stewart were extremely diligent in finding out our leaking basement problems and endeavoured to correct the issue. Our water problem was not straight forward, but they would not give up until they had fixed it. They were professional, polite, and persevered to the extreme. Thanks again, Cathy and Bill
