    Service

    Les was the plumber/technician at hand, he was on time and compassionate to the our problem. He was able to resolve our drainage problem. Very professional and personable service. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

    wet basement

    Draincom is a reliable company for the service they provided. We had several leakage in the basement and they fixed it properly and provide warranty as well. The supervisors and worker are excellent and friendly people.

    Basement Waterproof

    I want to thank Slava and his team - for fixing our basement water leak. We were very impressed and grateful for their professionalism, very hard work, and courtesy while being here. They completed work fast and cleanly, as was promised. Despite all the work they did, there never was mess in the house - which was great. We have already recommended Draincom to our friends. Thank you for our new dry basement!

    Pluming

    I had 3 pluming problems in 3 different Bathrooms in my house between liking and no hot water in shower however Les came on the right time and fixed all the problems very professionally and the amazing thing he did in much less time and definitely i will use this com. again and ask for Les

    Exterior waterproofing

    Had complete exterior waterproofing done on my older home (built in the 40's) to stop water leaking through our cinder block basement walls. I've waited a few months before writing my review and have has no issues at all since the work was done. Very impressed by DrainCom's service, staff were knowledgeable, friendly and price was lowest quoted. They managed to do the exterior work in less than a week, despite -15 conditions (work was done in March). Also -- free movie tickets!

    waterproofing, drains

    Carl, Igor and crew were fantabulous! Draincom had the most competitive prices, were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job. I waited a year before posting to be sure that we were satisfied and I am happy to say that everything is perfect! It was a large project (1000+ sq ft of new concrete floor, french drains, new sump, new drains, bigger water pipe from the city supply). When one of the drains was off by a small amount, Carl and Igor came out immediately and moved it. And please remember that the office ladies are stellar!

    Exterior Waterproofing

    I hired DrainCom 1 year ago to repair a leaky foundation in my 90 year old semi. DrainCom was by far the most competitive price, while using the same high quility materials as the other companies who quoted me. I can confirm that I have gone one full year with a bone dry basement. I highly recommend this company.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Great Service!!! The team arrived early to set up and waited for the inspector to come mark the gas/water lines. They even worked through the rain. They kept the work site neat and tidy and even protected my lawn with a plastic sheet while they were digging. They took all the garbage with them daily and kept my yard looking clean after each shift. The crew member showed the cracks on the foundation wall to my husband. It's a tough job and I'm sure glad someone did it! We will be calling Ievgenii and his team again soon for our back water valve and other projects as our family was impressed to how neat and tidy they were. Joanna.

    Plumbing

    I live in home that was built around 1900. Over the years, with erosion and torrential rains the basement was getting wetter more frequently from water coming in under an unused door. I did not want to do a major excavation! These people were undaunted by the problem, had a cost effective solution, were pleasant and on time.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    I had a few companies come check out my house because i had a water leaking into my basement. Every company that came by to take a look at the problem was telling me something different was wrong. I didn't know what to do as everyone was telling me a different problem. One of the companies that i called was Draincom and Slava came out to inspect the problem. Within minutes after coming over and taking a look at my leaky basement, he found the problem. He then explained all my different options and how they would work. He didn't pressure me at all into doing the job with them or doing it right away. He made sure that I made a fully informed decision . It was very refreshing to not feel pressured. I decided to go with Draincom, they provided me with a reasonable price and started the job next day after i agreed on it. They were very clean and professional. Thank you Draincom.
