Excellent service from start to finish. They responded promptly after we had a sump pump malfunction and flooding in our basement. Stewart provided a thorough explanation of the problem and a reasonable quote to replace the pumps, add back up protection and waterproof sections of our basement. The work was done quickly and the crew was professional and very conscientious. Will definitely use them again.

My house insurance renewal was up to date and my insurance company put me in to the fact what I have to install back water valve to have basement flood coverage. Draincom installed a back water valve in my basement. I was very impressed with Slava and his crew, Slava took care of permit too!!! Everything was done under budget, quick and clean. I'm glad I dont have to worry about getting anymore basement flooding and keep insurance company happy.

Finally after 3 months i have found the time to write this review. Draincom just put in a new concrete floor in my basement. I own an older victorian home so the original concrete floor had seen better days. Slava took care of everything. He arranged the permits and got the inspection scheduled. I am beyond ecstatic with the outcome. I can now use my basement. Thank you Slava and your Draincom team.

The city came to our home to install the new water meter. They advised us they couldn't install it until we upgraded our main waterline from led to copper. We called a few different companies but it was Slava from Draincom that stood out. He was very personable and polite, and knew what he was talking about! He arranged for the work to be done by the end of the week. The crew was quick and cleaned up everything. I'm referring him to my neighbours!

As Drain Com came highly recommended to us by a couple of work associates we decided to contract them to underpin our basement. Right from our initial meeting with Slava we were confident that we picked the right contractor. Slava, our project coordinator, outlined the whole process answered our questions and kept us informed throughout the work. He was always available to us to answer questions. Peter and his team completed the work to our total satisfaction. They were courteous, very reliable never missing a day’s work and as well the whole area was left in very good order. Some of the work had to be scheduled for a future date. Levgenii arrived at house on the scheduled day and time and completed the work as expected. We are very happy with the completed project. .

Draincom just finished waterproofing my basement.  I am so happy with the job.  I had called a bunch of companies to get as many opinions as possible.  Slava came to my home the next evening.  Draincom was very accommodating from the beginning. Slava came on site and and went straight to work diagnosing the issue and taking measurements.  He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions.  He even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him directly with any questions.  The work was done fast and clean and now my basement is as dry as a bone!

Slava came to our home to assess a water leakage problem we had in the basement. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that was happening and had a crew out the same week to do the repairs on our foundation. I have already recommended him to a few of our neighbors. I had draincom come to my home to take a look at a foundation problem i was having. The guy's name who came was Slava. He arrived the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and explain everything clear. I had a few cracks and the grading in my yard was towards the house. The crew made sure the landscaping was left the way it was when they came. I couldn’t believe it, i thought having an excavation was going to be so disruptive, but it wasn’t at all. They cleaned up everything after themselves. I am very impressed and recommend them to everyone. Just call for estimate and you will see what i mean.

Excellent Crew, Ievgenii Kushmarak came in the same day to assess the leak and estimate which I was happy with. Ievgenni and his crew, Anatoli, Bores, and Oleg came in Two days later to do the work.They did a clean, fast, and good work. I am glad I have dealt with them and will in the future if there is a need. I highly recommend this crew.

We had water issues in our basement that required interior weeping tile and a sump pump to be installed. When the job grew to include replacing the old clay pipes, installing a new exterior drain and more than doubling the amount of weeping tile, Ievgenii gave us a very fair price. We were happy with the work that was done and any concerns we had were addressed right way by Ievgenii.
