I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Robert Mayer of Draincom for several years. Robert's plumbing work is nothing short of exceptional. Not only was he able to repair plumbing issues, when others in the market couldn't, he brought a professional service that is rare. He is delightful and the personal service is second to none. We are grateful for Robert's service.

We recently had an emergency sump pump issue. Our technician Robert Mayer arrived promptly the same day. He was able to contain and fix our problem with speed and efficiency. Robert was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain the operation and details of our sump before he left. He also followed up with us to make sure everything was running smoothly. Early March I came home to a flood in the basement. With snow melting and a heavy rain a few days earlier, the water could not absorb into the frozen ground, so it found a way into the basement. DrainCom was recommended to me by a colleague at work, from the time I contacted them, until the job was done on April 2nd, I was more than satisfied. I met with Carl who gave my the estimate, which was lower than I expected. The crew of two men arrived on the scheduled day, on time. They had to dig the trench by hand, with the ground still frozen. The entire job was completed in a day and a half. These two men worked like machines, were very pleasant, and even swept the dirt off the window sills near the work site before leaving. I would absolutely recommend, without hesitation. Excellent work!!

After a difficult winter and our frustrations over a leak in our basement, our Neighbour highly recommended we call Carl at DrainCom. We called, he just happened to be near by and came right away, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining the process and answered all our questions. The price was amazing and the start date even better.The crew completing the work was extremely hardworking, courteous, professional, and worked through very cold days and one late evening to get the job completed. We have had work done by this company twice. The second time Carl McDowell came to our home. He has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable and friendly. The quote was handled promptly and professionally. We will definitely deal with Carl again. The workers also did an excellent work.

Last January I contacted Draincom regarding some waterproofing issues i have been having in my house for a few years now that couldn't fix before because every time I requested other companies quotes they were really high.this time was different everything started with the right foot.they sent carl who's is very polite and knowledgable,he provided me with a price that was far more reasonable and also he made me feel confident that everything would be taking care off.and I have to say I am very happy with the company's work and I will for sure recommend then to my family and friends.P.S- my basement is dry as a bone:-).

I had draincom out last year to waterproof part of my house and i was very impressed with the service that i received from the staff and the workers, so when i had a problem with my drain they where the first and only company i called. they sent carl out to check my problem and he said that he will have me up and running in no time at all. He put a snake into my drain and cleared up my problem,and he even put a camera through to check there wasn't any major damage, and i was very happy that everything was clean. i will be using draincom in the future if i need them as they have shown me not only once but twice that they do an amazing job. thank you draincom and thanks for the quick response

Carl and his team, Tadek and Alex, were awesome. Carl came over within a couple of hours of my call, on a weekend, to check the cause of a blocked toilet and quickly diagnosed the problem. it was a doozy (ended up having to replace a big stretch of roots-blocked pipe) and the guys started within 48 hrs. the crew was careful, professional and efficient. i wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again for any waterproofing or drain issues.

Two years ago Carl McDowell from DrainCom accurately diagnosed a problem with our basement drain, so when I ran into a different drainage issue last week, I called him immediately. He was here in 3 hours, diagnosed the problem and arranged for a plumber, Les, to fix the problem the next day, Saturday. Once again, I found the people at DrainCom highly efficient and dependable. I strongly recommend Carl and Les and want to thank you both for responding so quickly to a small job. Well done.
