We live in an area that has a lot of ground water and a high water-table. We had an internal weeping tile system put in with a sump pump and back water valve. We received several quotes many of which were extremely high. The team was extremely courteous and did a wonderful job. We had some difficulties scheduling the inspector for the backwater valve, Ievgenii was so helpful and accommodating returning several times to meet the inspector.

17 Dec 2013 I was very impressed with the prompt and professional service provided by DrainCom. It started with a bad smell in the basement, and after a quick and thorough investigation by Eugene, it was determined that my sewer system was plugged and needed a power wash. (Previous to this I had called a competitor who was unsuccessful in diagnosing/solving the problem and furthermore was charging me an unreasonable additional charge for each step he was taking with no guarantee to solve the problem – I sent them home after watching the technician struggle with removing the toilet.) Subsequently, I was referred to DrainCom by my wife (turns out she used them three years ago and apparently they had done an outstanding job in solving a wet basement problem …including providing the lowest quote). In trying to solve our present problem, Eugene clearly outlined the required corrective action, provided a totally reasonable quote virtually on the spot, and was able to have a crew work on it right away. For each of the three job actions, the supervisor and workers were extremely punctual, courteous, very focused on their work, and diligently cleaned up after their work was completed each time. I was truly impressed by the work ethics displayed by Eugene and Slava as well as their team, including the office administrative staff that promptly arranged for the permit and inspector in minimum time. Because of their professionalism , dedication to solving the problem at lowest cost, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction, I would highly recommend DrainCom to anyone.

We obtained a few quotes for exterior water proofing and backflow valve installation. Draincom had the most competitive quote. Slava explained all of the work that was going to be performed. They started the work on time and their crew was very professional. Salva and Ievgenii were always available to answer questions by phone. They are very accommodating and patient. They put the customer first. I highly recommend them.

DRAINCOM replaced our main water service line from galvanized to copper pipe. Carl from Draincom came today and helped me by converting a sink drain into a drain pipe that can be used for a washing machine. He was on time, friendly and professional, and I will definitely call draincom again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

The team at DrainCom were excellent. We consulted for a few estimates and found theirs to be of the highest quality with a very reasonable price. Serge in particular was quite helpful and more than willing to make extra visits both before and after the job was complete to answer our questions or correct any outstanding difficulties. When demolishing our rear porch to begin externally waterproofing the wall, we found an extra window of which we'd been unaware, the DrainCom team added in the extra window well needed, charging us only a small amount for the added parts needed. Similarly, Serge made two visits to our house after the job was done to ensure everything was satisfactory. If you have the option, dealing with Serge in particular is a delight as he gives straight answers and takes clear pride in ensuring a job well done.

Alex and Tadek did a very good and clean job replacing my water service line. They worked through difficult circumstances including very hard ground, tree roots and cold weather, but they managed to do very professional work nonetheless. They re-installed the water meter in a much more convenient position in the basement, did a nice job patching the slab and made very little mess. I would hire these guys again in the future no doubt. Their pricing was also much better than the other quotes I received, yet there was no sacrifice in workmanship.

We had called several companies regarding our basement leak we were having and were told the water was coming from the foundation wall and it would have to be waterproofed. After reading the reviews on homestars we decided to call draincom as well to give us the idea of the problem. Liz answered the phone and advised that she could have one of her technicians out within the hour and it would be a free estimate. After speaking with Eugene he advised he would need to open the wall as it didn’t seem like a foundation leak because he was hearing a noise through the wall. After opening up the wall he was right it was a slow water leak and in fact not a foundation leak as the other companies had told us. I recommend this company to everyone looking for a good and honest company. Eugene saved me 2000$ on just taking the time to actually investigate the problem. We had two minor leaks from our foundation. We received quotes from five companies and decided to go with DrainCom. Their price was competitive with the other quotes. We felt comfortable with Serge as he appeared honest and knowledgeable. We had work done in September 2013 and waited for a couple of months before posting to confirm there are no leaks. We had some fairly large rainfalls and all is dry. The crew arrived on time on the date scheduled. The clean up was outstanding. I would highly recommend Serge and his crew at DrainCom.
