Very professional, friendly service - from the mend doing the work to the ladies in the office. They even take care of obtaining the city permit for you and providing you with the forms to complete for a city rebate. I gave 4 stars because when the city got around to our rebate application, the city discovered our permit wasn't closed. A final inspection was required. Having said that, I notified DrainCom and they were courteous and prompt about rectifying the situation. They dealt with the city and called the inspector and arranged for an inspection in short order. They even arrived to ensure the inspection went well. All the while, DrainCom kept me in the loop of what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend them (and, in fact, have done so to a friend with a leaky basement). First thing I would like to say is thank you to the girls in the office for always being so helpful and a special thanks to Alex and his crew for doing such a great job and carl mcdowell for always being available when I needed him. I appreciate that u guys could come and do the job in such harsh conditions and I'm very impressed how u managed to do the job so cleanly and professional even tho it's minus outside. We had a flood in our basement from the heavy rain storm in the summer.  Our Insurance Company told us if we wanted to stay insured by them we had to install a back ware valve. So we got a bunch of quotes.  DrainCom was the best.  They got the permit for us, they arranged the inspection, they even filled out the technical stuff on the city subsidy forms for us.  It was such a relief.  They made the end of such a traumatic experience simple and easy. 

We had an awful smell in our basement, after some investigation we found water in our sump pump (that wasn't being pumped out) and water sitting in a drain. I called Draincom since they installed all of our drains and waterproofed our basement. Once again, they did an amazing job. Excellent customer service! Carl McDowell was the Project Coordinator who has sent. He discovered the problem on city property, but checked to make sure there were no other issues with our property drains. There was a small issue with our sump pump, and they should be back tomorrow (after the City comes) to fix it. Carl was polite, considerate and caring. Hopefully we won't have any other plumbing issues in the future, but if we do, we will be calling Draincom. Thanks Carl! Thanks Draincom!

We hired DrainCom to remove our old basement floor, put in new drains and a weeping tile system, and pour a new concrete floor. Our sales representative Slava was punctual and helpful with our requests. The team showed up when they said they would, and tried to minimize the mess and disruption to our home. Peter, the team leader on the ground, was lovely to deal with. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

I would like to commend Les at Draincom for the excellent work he did repairing my plumbing. Previous work by another contractor to establish an enclosure housing my washer/dryer resulted in water leakage everytime the washer was used. Les found the problem, and explained the steps needed to repair the faulty system. Once completed, we tested the washer--no more leaks! Thank you!

We received several quotes for water proofing and Draincom's was the most reasonable and were impressed that they took the time to explain the work to be performed, the pros and cons of various alternatives and the timing of the work to be performed. The Draincom employees showed up on time, were thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Draincom and specifically Levgenni for any future work.

Draincom made this job a breeze for us by getting the permit, scheduling and executing the work, arranging the inspection and tidying up after the job. Very professional and friendly. We used Draincom to waterproof our basement from the inside. We found the whole process to be flawless and professional from start to finish. Their sale associate did not try to upsell us but was very forthcoming and honest, they obtained a permit for us before starting the job and once here, the job was done in three days, they were incredibly clean, hard working and accommodating to the point that they accommodated our baby's nap schedule. They then helped us fill out our form to submit to the city for reimbursement of funds. All in all, they were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

I have had drainage issues with my kitchen sink for 3 years, and decided, based on my sisters' recommendations to call Draincom. I received excellent service from Rob M. He was punctual, helpful, neat and he explained things clearly. It was a very positive experience.
