Had used them years ago for waterproofing and had no complaints so is I thought I'd try then our for plumbing. Was greeted very politely by office staff as I expected. Got a plumber out follOwing day in the morning. Leslie was exceptionally awesome. More than I expected. Great continues service I have received from this company.

I had a major flood in my basement following a storm. I did some research on preventative measures and realized its better to call the experts. I came across Draincom online and decided to give them a call. They informed me I needed back water valve in order to prevent flooding. I received a great quote and was even informed about a rebate plan. They even contacted the city officials for me so that everything was done to protocol. This made me feel really safe and confident in my choice of Draincom. The job was done in one day and the crew kept all my furniture protected and spotless. Upon completion they guided me through the rebate plan and organized a meeting with a city inspector. I was really pleased with how little was required of me because the crew took care of everything. I have not had a problem with my basement since. Thanks to Draincom I am no longer terrified of storms.

We were flooded on the July 8th storm in Etobicoke and Draincom came in and gave us an excellent price and completed the work as scheduled. Cleaned up everyone. Also recommended them to a couple of neighbours and I believe a good portion of our street had Draincom complete work for them. Highly recommend this company.

DrainCom was terrific! I had a host of water issues in my basement following the heavy rainfall we had over the summer. Draincom was very quick to respond, and gave me a better deal than roto-rooter. I dealt with Ievgenii, a supervisor, and Nazar, who took care of the day-to-day work, and both were very patient, polite, clean and efficient and did a great job. They also helped me apply for city rebates for the work they did, which saved me thousands of dollars. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Dan.

We bought a house and decided to replace the main drain because it was never changed. We called a couple of companies, but the best price and fastest response was "Draincom". They came the next morning, with their materials and started to work. That was a Friday, and they continued to work ALL weekend, 12-13 hrs a day until the work was done! It is TRULY GREAT SERVICE! Our neighbours were REALLY impressed and asked for the phone number of "DRAINCOM". GOOD for you, DRAINCOM!

Excellent service. Slava arrived on time for quote, and the workers arrived as scheduled. Finished job was exactly as quoted. The pleasant team of Tadek and Alex installed the sewer valve and replaced two window wells in only 2 days. Covered my floors - and outside concrete deck - with tarp to protect them. Outside area was cleaned throughly when they left. The job is excellent. I've already recommended them to my neighbour.

Ievgenii, Oleksandr, and Tadek and crew were fantastic. I was able to go to work without worrying. They arrived when scheduled, worked steady, and finished ahead of schedule. Even after heavy rain my basement is dry and smells fresh. If every contractor was like this I would hang up my DIY hat.

We had water coming into our unfinished basement when it rain from a large crack that ran all the way down from our window as well as from the pin holes. Other waterproofing companies tried to convince us to have the job done from the inside.What sold my husband and I was that Carl was the only one that said he would have his crew fix it from the outside. This immediately sold us plus the great reviews online helped. I must say that the great comments were right on. Oleg and Vlad worked all day for 4 days straight. I have never seen a harder working crew! They were professsional,respectful and polite. They answered all my questions when ever I had any. The work was done efficiently and on time. On day 4 after returning home from work it was great to see that they cleaned up everything ...it looked as thou they hadnt even been there. We had Drain Com do the waterproofing in our basement, Slava came to give us a quote and explain how it was going to get done, he also suggested we had to back water valve and pump put in which we did, as we now have peace of mind, we were very pleased with the services they offered, He was always ready to answer any questions we had regarding the work, the workers were punctual, helpful, clean, we would highly recommend them, Over all I am very glad I searched homestars and found them listed.
