Our house was one of many flooded after July 8 rains. After cleaning up the mess we had numerous companies give numerous quotes on possible solutions. Serge from DrainCom brought some sanity to the situation with a reasonable quote and a plan that made sense. We had a back flow valve installed, and exterior waterproofing done. Most companies wanted to bring in heavy equipment to dig which would require us to move our air conditioner, and strip our deck. Peter and his crew from DrainCom dug the foundation by hand within 4 days with very little mess. They were polite and conscientious, and great with the neighbors. Robert did a great job installing a water pressure driven back up sump pump and Serge was there every step of the way making sure things were done to our satisfaction. Very professional job.

As a single woman I felt a little intimidated phoning around looking for a plumber. After a couple phone calls to different companies and a visit from one plumber who left me a crazy estimate for the job I felt very discouraged. I than phoned Draincom and right away the office girl on the phone was so nice and very helpful. It wasn't long before serge was at my door. He was very informative and showed me exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. The price was right as well. I didn't feel at all like I was being ripped off. He did the work quickly and efficiently and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend Draincom for anyone needing any kind of plumbing work done. I will definitely phone them for any of my future plumbing needs.

I had a leaking pipe in my laundry room that required immediate assistance and everyone was willing and able to help me and had someone out to my house the same day! A lady by the name of Liz who took my call was very reassuring.

I am writing this on behalf of my elderly windowed mom. She was having a very large leak in the basement and god only knows how long the leak occurred. After my father passed she gave up on the household fixing. I finally managed to get myself down into the basement and saw the whole cold room was full of water damaging so many memories. I called several companies but was unable to get a quick response. I was getting the same answers after the storm we have been overbooked. Drain.com was on of the last companies we called and the very polite csr booked me a call for a sales tech within the week and I manages to get a evening appointment. Carol came out and advised me there was a foundation crack and the window in the cold room had to be fixed. Have me a price to fix the problem I didn't feel pressured at all when he was there to go ahead with the work. Took me a few weeks of further quotes and speaking with insurance company to see if there were any better prices and if the insurance would cover some of the cost. After various quotes Drain.com was the most reasonable and I felt like he knew what he was doing. We made our decision also based on the homestars reviews. Thank you drain staff for your work and your patience with my elderly mom. Both my mom and I very much appreciated everything your team did for us. Great company to use wouldn't have changed a thing.

I was very impressed with the way the Draincom team handled my job from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. Serge took the time to explain the different solutions to meet my needs and budget and did not push any solutions that would add additional expense. The team did a great job repairing the 4 cracks in my foundation. Above and beyond that, they made every effort to make sure that my property was kept clean during the 2 days they were here at my home. When a possible issue arose with my weeping tile, Serge brought in another member of the team to scope my entire weepers to make sure that everything was clear and that the repairs completed would work to keep my basement dry and that no further issues would arise. Serge’s expertise and proactive approach to problem solving a potential issue is the type of honesty and integrity that I expect from my contractors and Draincom did not disappoint. I hope that I don’t need any more repairs to my foundation but if I do, I will be sure to contact Draincom in the future.

I just wanted to share my story as i have had a lot of experience over the years with bad companies ,and i have to say that draincom is just a GREAT company to deal with. After years of a leaky basement i finally saved enough money to get my basement waterproofed and as you can imagine i was really scared of getting taken. Thank you homestars for this site as you really helped me making my decision. i called many of the companies on this site and im sooo happy that i found draincom. The lady on the phone was great and they had the technician out the next day. Carl showed up on time and i have to say he was very polite,professional and detailed in his explanation on what needs to be done and i was very impressed. He recommended to me to also get other quotes so that i feel better and so that i can compare how competitive draincom really is which made me feel very comfortable. To be honest i had already made up my mind on using draincom but i took his advice and he was wright (Very competitive) After i received 3 quotes i phoned carl back wright away and he booked me in. when the job started carl was there on site to explain how the job will go and to direct the crew on what needs to be done and he was always available when i needed him for any questions,and the crew,well the crew was (AMAZING) the job looks great and most importantly after all those years of leaking i finally have a dry basement. After 10 days of moving into a new purchased home we had water in our basement laundry room and we had no idea where it was coming from because the main city drain was in the dame area thats what we thought it was. After having another company come out telling us it was a broken pipe we held off on it until it rained again. My wife was home on the next rainstorm and noticed that the water was infact not coming from the drain but from the corner of the wall. We than called Draincom and told then of our experience had Slava come out and do Free camera inspection to assure us it was not a drain problem but a foundation problem. He was very respectful and knowledgable within a week we had our problem solved. crew was onsite on time, left my basement clean as it was and price was reasonable. I live on a street that was one of the ones that got hit the worse from the rainstorm. Speaking with various neighbours and being advised by city that a back up water valve would be a good idea. After calling two different plumbing companies they were not able to book an apt around my schedule but draincom. I was seen on a Saturday for the quote by Slava and got the work done on Wednesday. Slava assured me of the work being done and told me they would take care of the permit and booking inspection and filling out my rebate forms. Great customer service by salesman, crew that came to do the work and office staff. I highly recommend this company for their honestly and professionalism and work well done.
