I had a window well that would fill with water with every torrential downpour. After reviewing comments on Homestars, I called Draincom for advice and a quote. Slava arrived promptly, explained his comprehensive quote, and answered all of my questions. The team that arrived (early!) to do the work did a great job, treated my property with respect and showed me what work was done. Thanks to all!!

I called DrainCom and setup the appointment within couple of days. The representative came on time and provided to me several options how to reduce the possible basement flood in a feature. Unfortunately July 8th brought city sewage to my basement. The work was scheduled two weeks later and finished within 3 days including city inspection. I think DrainCom presents fast, responsive, and professional service. The estimates matched the final bill. Workers did the project with a good quality and cleaned the place after the job. Highly recommend!

Having interviewed a dozen people we had chosen Draincom based on Slava's clear presentation, good quote, and positive reviews we've read. Nina, a great lady at their office, was so helpful in getting us a firm date for the job. And when Boris and Alexander showed up, it was all professional. They worked hard, did a great job, on time, and were mindful of the garden as well as the interior of our house. Our basement should not be wet again. I called DrainCom for an estimate to waterproof our basement following the July 8 storm. Carl came to the house and took a look at the problem. I had a previous quote for another company but Carl said what they proposed would not work and explained the reasons why. The explanation made sense and his quote was cheaper than all of the other quotes that I received. During the work, Boris and his crew (Sasha and Denis) were clean, very professional and efficient. I was impressed by the fact that at the end of each day, they cleaned up not only the work area but the areas that they came into the house as well as the backyard deck. Boris provided me with updates during the work, which I greatly appreciated. A Holmes on Homes type of issue was encountered during the job and Carl came immediately to the site. He gave me several options and price points but would not bias my decision. I asked him "What would you do" and he said "It's your house, my opinion would influence your decision". Very refreshing to hear that since I'm pretty sure other contractors would tell you to go with the most expensive option. Boris and his crew finished the work earlier than expected, which worked out well since another contractor was coming the next day to do the renovation. Boris showed me all the work that was done, explained how the sump pump and backup pump worked and provided suggestions on how to renovate. Will have to wait until the next rainstorm to see if it all works but they also provide a 25 year guarantee. These guys are good. I highly recommend them.

Draincom was recommended to me by word of mouth. I have used their services for water proofing and back water valve installation. The sales associate Slava is honest and able to provide multiple options that suit your budgets and needs. After having a back water vale installed I noticed water (later found to be ground water) present in the newly excavated hole. Being recently flooded, I called drain come and spoke with Liz expressing my concern. She wasn’t able to provide me an explanation right away but was able to get back to me with answers VERY promptly! In addition, Draincom sent out a supervisor named Eugene the same day (Saturday of a long weekend ! ) with a drain camera so confirm proper connections and put my concerns to rest. I’m very impressed with the customer service provided by Liz and the speedy on site visit by Eugene.

After experiencing some flooding in my basement I called Drain Works for a waterproofing quote. Serg came out that same week to give me a quote. Offered great attention to detail with the most competitive price. They completed the job one day earlier that expected and did a great job. I have contracted many other companies in the past and Serg's team left me nothing to worry about. Cleaned up everything afterwards. No Stress! I would highly recommend this company. Very professional!

There was minor flooding in our unfinished basement but we were not sure of the source of the seepage. When Slava came over for our free consultation, he showed us three sources of leaking and informed us of the step by step measures that needed to be done to fix the problem. Other companies provided overpriced quotes with very little detail. I would highly recommend Draincom to anyone who wants a leak free basement with no hassle!

We had a drain back up and called Draincom for camera inspection. They came on time. Slava was professional and explain our options well. He cleared the drain pipe and left no mess behind. Price was reasonable, we pay 180$ for camera and half price 90$ for snaking the drain. Overall we satisfied and recommend this company.

Serge and his crew came to perform 2 projects on 2 homes that I owned; one in Oshawa and one in Toronto. The booking of projects was easy and simple. The follow up regarding appointments was flawless. The workers were on time, polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I not only use them for my own waterproofing projects, but also refer them to my clients. A+

From the moment I met Carl at Draincom, I knew this was the company I wanted to deal with. Fair, honest, professional service. As for Peter and his crew they were truly exceptional. On site, Peter oversaw everything and carefully paid attention to many details. Throughout the excavation, Peter kept the soil moist, to minimize dust. Our soil was very sandy, and with care Peter executed the sections according to the plans. With regards to the steel struts, Peter had a recommendation on how they would be tied into the footing which was subsequently approved by the Engineer and Inspector. Than for the routing of the new plumbing which had to go along the ceiling, replacing the traditional stack, Peter suggested the best possible route. Than when the new floor was poured, it was perfectly level, with the goal height of 8ft 4” achieved. Carl and the whole team at Draincom truly care about their customers. Working with Draincom is money well spent. (FYI – as part of our planning, prior to Draincom commencing their work, we had to make a decision about the chimney. We decided to remove it and change to direct vent utilities. We had a roofer remove the outside section, my husband and I removed the rest, while Draincom removed the basement portion as it was supporting the beam in the rear area, which coincided with the beam work to be done.)
