Sege and his crew arrived each day at the agreed time, they were fast, friendly, completing the job in the estimated time, very much to my satisfaction. He explained thoroughly what would be done, how it would be done. Also giving us the best solution for the budget we had. If I ever ever have a basement leak in another part of the house they will be my first call.

Had a small leak coming from a crack in my basement where my air conditioning was running in from the outside. It would leak every time it rained. I called Draincom and they did a free quote for me. Serge was great, very professional and easy to work with. They fixed the crack and I haven't had a problem since. Would use them again.

Bought new house, after all this snow and rain have some leak in the basement. I used draincom before in other house, so I called them again. Carl arrived at the time and was very helpful with advice. My window was at the ground level so suggested to install window well made of 4x4, and I decide to do entire front so I never have to come back to same area again. Extremely happy with services and work performed at my house.

Minor leak under my kitchen sink resulted in calling in a plumber. Rob came in and was able to fix the leak with ease. i also had him replace a broken faucet while he was already there. The price i found was reasonable and worth every penny. I will use Draincom if i need another fix in my home.

After several search. I was asked to get in touch with Draincom. Firstly IRINA the lady that took my call was so amazing I had no doubt, it is going to be a great experience. Serge came to my house on time as scheduled. I like him right away for his manner. We schedule a time to start. The guys were there 8am sharp. The two gentle men TADEK and GENA were the most courteous worker I have met in a long time and they were funny too especially Tadek he made me laugh. The job was completed on time as schedule. These men worked in my house as if its their own house, everything was covered and after the job was done, they cleaned up as if they were not there. I am extremely impressed with these Men TADEK and GENA as well as IRINA and My Good Friend SERGE . Thank you Guys and I would sure recommend you to friends. Thanks again

we had a sewer backup i called draincom as they had waterproofed my basement 5 years ago,within 2 hours Serge was at my house he had m y drain unclogged in no time and he came back for a pressure clean after a week.I would recommend Drain com to everyone they are the most efficient, reasonably priced and profesional by far

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience i had using Draincom to treat our basement. Each aspect of the job was handled with expertise and professionalism.Our basement was a difficult project and required many visits to measure dig sample areas, and plan the process. Through each phase, i always felt my questions were answered, my concerns addressed, and my understanding was ensured. Every member of your team distinguished themselves. Mike served as an excellent introduction to Draincom and resource for other vendors. Carl did a great job in the initial planning phase. His crew went on to plan the project with my plumber, and nicely executed the timing of the job-which resulted in little impact on our family life. I was always able to reach Carl when necessary, and he was very timely at returning my calls. Carl did a superb job fielding my endless questions. His professionalism was outstanding. I always felt taken care of and most importantly,that my concerns were heard. The customer service at Draincom is simply outstanding-and should serve as a model of other companies.

We called drain.com and a few other companies a few months ago after our basement flooded. We felt most comfortable with Serge as he was very knowledgable and reasonably priced. This had never happened before and we were in the middle of renovations. Serge came and assessed the problem and installed weeping tile and a sump pump. One cold and rainy day last month, we noticed some water in the basement and after just one call Serge arrived to assess the problem. It was late, cold and raining. Serge fixed the problem the same night. I've never met a contractor so dedicated as this man. He cares for your home like it was his own. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

When I contacted Drain.com for my watery basement issues they understood the need for urgency. They arrived within 3 days and they were fast and efficient. Two days later I had new weeping tiles along the back of my property and they found and sealed the leak in my foundation. They repacked all the soil and I can barely tell they were even here. I would recommend them.

Met Serge from DrainCom after meeting with several other experts, and he by far gave us the best advice. We had to install weeping tiles around our building due to multiple leaks. Their quote was fair, the work was completed on time - and most importantly the job was done right. I will be recommending them to all of my freinds. They get full marks from me A+++
