My toilet was really clogged, it was so clogged I couldn't even plumb it myself. So I called them to help me plumb my toilet and in seconds they got it fixed. They have also told my some tips of doing it myself. Best plumbers ever yet!!!

Draincom was the cheapest...they installed a sump pump after my basement flooded with excellent workmanship, in one day , cleaning up the mess beautifully they also provided all the necessary papers to get a full refund from the city of toronto under the basement flooding protection program.

We needed a new water main in our 120 yr old house. Got lots of quotes. Draincom was competitively priced and suggested a good way to handle a tricky job (a cramped utility room in the basement). Some other companies were quoting on cheap plastic PEX piping for outside. Draincom gave us 1" copper. They did a very good job and took care to clean up afterwards. It was all done in a day.

I have used Draincom for 2 seperate jobs recently. I was completely satisfied from the first phone call to the end of the last job. The office staff was courteous, helpful and followed up on all my calls. The Supervisior (Slava) that came out to the job sites was extremely helpful, courteous, and very open and honest as to what he felt I truly needed to get the jobs done. I called numourous times for addtional questions and visits and Slava came out and never made me feel I was a bother. At the jobs, the repairmen were clean, courteous, on-time, did an excellent job. Follow-up calls were followed through and I as ensured and provided with completey satisfactory work. I chose Draincom from among 7 estimates and am extremely happy I did. I waitied until the after effects of hurricane Sandy to write this. Draincom's wonderful waterproofing kept my basement water-free, thanks to the crew of Alex and Vasel. They spent 5 long days on the project working very hard and cleaned up in a most professional and timely manner. Technician Slava was on the job at the beginning and end, and answered all of my questions in layman's terms. He even did a small plumbing job on my toilet for which I was most grateful for. This letter is to commend your company on the prompt and excellent service provided to repair warranty work on a leaking wall crack due to the recent heavy rain . In addition, your employee Carl repaired the crack in a most efficient and professional manner, leaving the area in a spotless condition in timely fashion.
