Dear Roberta, I would like to clear up certain inaccuracies contained in your posting. First and foremost, The Water Works Plumbing Inc. has been in business for over 18 years. Throughout this time we have delivered first class professional services to thousands of satisfied customers. While we are disappointed to hear that you are one of a very small minority that is not satisfied I would like to identify and respond to the issue raised.
From the outset when your issue was identified, you were made aware that there existed multiple problems with your sewers. This was conveyed to you on more than one occasion. The Water Works team worked tirelessly to resolve the issues through the weekend in bad weather I might add.
Upon completion you indicated how satisfied you were with the completed work. As requested from the outset, The Water Works provided you with upfront costing from start to completion and, in addition, given the extent of the repairs required, did not charge you for additional work uncovered in the process. It was only after the final invoice was rendered did we receive any "complaints" about the work performed-presumably in an effort to get us to reduce our invoice. Your initial review of our work and service was rated a 10 star and then only after we were not prepared to further reduce our account did you downgrade our rating to a 0. At The Water Works Plumbing Inc. we stand by our work and have for over 18 years. Our prices our competitive and we consider our work, timeliness and services we perform for our clients our second to none!
