    Sink not working, Master on-suite

    Called waterworks again as we had a sink in our on-suit which never worked since we moved in (7 yrs back). First off Natasha called to confirm, and also sent a confirmation email with the plumbers picture and some info. Best service by a company thus far and we haven't even had the plumber over yet! She also asked if my wife will be alone, and comfortable with being there with a male plumber. She also asked about pets or children which could be an issue. Great service upfront, I have to say! We tried everything. Larry came and gave us the price up front, then got to work. Within less than 2 hrs, the drain was completely clear, snaked down to where it meets other pipes. Turns out that it was connected to the master tub, which had pipes full of grout from the contractors before. Larry did the job quickly, and professional, and charged what he said. he also explained the problem, and showed us. This is the 7th or 8th time using waterworks, and once again we are completely satisfied. Their number is on our fridge. Will be using again.!!! I highly recommend them.

    drain cleaning

    Ashley at the office and Larry the plumber both provided pleasant service. They responded quickly after the second call (my wife left a message at 8 in the morning and perhaps they were just getting to it when I called around 10). A visit was scheduled between 12 and 4 the same day and I received a call at 12:30 that Larry was on the way and would arrive within about 90 minutes. Actually, he was there within about 30 and worked quickly and cleanly to remove the drain blockage. He provided some hints about keeping it clear and left a clean worksite. It was not an easy fix, as I had tried various things and Larry did too before coming up with an approach that worked to reach the blockage. Plumbing is often expensive, but well worth the money when the job is done so quickly and well. I give this a high rating. Thanks Ashley, Larry and team.

    Diagnosed and fixed a broken outdoor pipe

    We had two issues which caused leakage under our kitchen sink, which was quickly diagnosed by Larry. There was a rubber piece which was installed incorrectly under the sink (instead of on top), and the pipe leading outside to the backyard wasn't soldered. He had very good advice and was very pleasant to have in our home. Although it wasn't cheap, I would not hesitate to get Larry to come in again as I trust his workmanship and knowledge.

    toilet repair

    Our toilet stopped flushing. We called waterworks as we had a good experience with them before. they came right on time, hold us what they were going to do and did it efficiently at a fair price. Thanks to Larry for great service

    dishwasher replacement

    WaterWorks was the only one of four plumbers in Toronto who called back, and actually completed a job. The previously three I called either didn't call back after initially talking to them, or simply didn't show up, and subsequently didn't answer calls. Comparing to this low grade of professionalism would make any normal company look good, but WaterWorks additionally called several times to touch base with me (while a delegate of mine was handling onsite liasing) to ensure the plumber arrived (early!), and completed work on time and to my satisfaction. The cost was higher than I would have liked, but the service was great, and for time-sensitive repair needs, this was key.

    Repair of leaking toilet gasket

    Great and speedy service! I discovered the problem and someone was able to attend to the problem within a few hours. The whole process was seamless! Starting with a very professional administrator who efficiently and competently evaluated my needs and then scheduled a plumbing technician to attend to my problem at the earliest opportunity. I was also very impressed by the initiative shown in forwarding me an email detailing who would be coming to my property as well as a picture of that person (very impressive idea). I was then advised that the plumbing technician was on his way and an approximate time span within which he would reach my property. The plumbing technician himself was efficient, polite, professional and provided a clear explanation of what had to be addressed, how and the cost of same (presenting a binder with a clear breakdown of costs – very impressive and important for the customer – transparency is everything to a customer seeking services). Overall, a wonderful job and experience. This was my first experience with ‘the WaterWorks’ and I will definitely use them again!

    Clogged drains and leaky faucets

    When my kitchen sinks backed up late last night, I thought I was in real trouble as we don't have a regular plumber - until now. What luck that I called WaterWorks Plumbing. Natasha arranged for LARRY to arrive within two hours. Once he was here, we also had him change our bathroom faucets to give us better water flow, and change the shower faucet that had a broken temperature control. Larry was fast, a pleasure to have in the house, did a very clean job, was very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and the best thing is - all our plumbing issues were fixed, because of our clogged kitchen sinks. The Water Works and Larry will now be our regular plumbers when we need one.

    Toilet Repair

    We had 2 toilets with issues that needed to be looked at. One needed a new flange and gasket and the other needed a new flushing system. Michael was able to come over, give an estimate and then do the job all in one afternoon. Within 2 hours, all the work was done and the house feels like it's back to normal. Michael let me watch him work and he explained everything he was dealing with on our two toilets and was very professional and polite. I couldn't be happier with Waterworks! Thanks again!!!

    Toilet Leak

    Had a toilet leak from the washroom, called Waterworks based on the Homestar reviews. Michael was very pleasant and helpful, I will definitely use Waterworks for any future plumbing work.

    Clogged Kitchen Drain

    My kitchen sink was very clogged so I called Waterworks. They were gracious enough to come on the same day. Michael was very professional, polite and experienced and got my sink unclogged in under an hour. When my credit card got declined Michael let me to wire the funds though an e money transfer. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. The experience was hassle free and not stressful from the moment I made the appointment. The only complaint I have is the cost to unclog my drain was a bit on the high side. Despite that, I would still highly recommend Waterworks.
