    Toilet replacement/Shower repair

    Completely satisfied--Michael and Nestor were very professional, prompt and polite to deal with. Not only was their repair work fantastic but they also had to get creative to fix a completely rotted toilette flange by creating a a backing using srews and washers. They also provide me with excellent homeowner advise and did a few extra things at no charge.Thanks Guys!!!

    Water hammer

    We had water hammer problem in our piping and contacted WaterWorks Plumbing to fix the problem. The plumber arrived on time, and tried his best to fix the problem. When the noise continued the next day, I contacted WaterWorks again and the same plumber came back. He took the arrestors off the pipes and refunded us back all of our money minus the $75 for the consultation. Although we were disappointed that the problem couldn't be solved, we knew that through his experience, we couldn't fix the problem without opening up our ceiling. We choose to have a contractor assist us with that. We appreciated having our money refunded. I would definitely use WaterWorks again.

    Finding and fixing a leak

    Just had water works in to figure out and fix a leak. Michael took his time, located the issue and talked with me about my options. Without hesitation I would use water works again. I am not at all surprised that they have won the best of award from homestars so many years in a row and would love to see them up there again. So professional, so helpful - great from first phone call to final check in call.

    Toilet Replacement

    With a leaking toilet on my neighbours suggestion I called the Water Works Plumbing Service. Within a few days they arrived and installed a new and very efficient toilet and put the old one at the kerbside for pickup. Efficient and courteous service from a very experienced gentleman who is the owner and operator of the business.     changing pipe under kitchen sink

    I was very happy with their prompt service. When I called they were very polite and could only give an appointment for the next Sat. Later they called to say someone was available that same day. Larry was very knowledgeable and worked quickly.

    dishwasher installation

    These guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Showed up on time, were very communicative, respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and were quick and effective. I will 100% use them again.

    Backed up pipe in basement

    Michael serviced our home due to a backup pipe in basement that would overflow every time we would use the kitchen sink. He correctly diagnosed the issue, tirelessly worked at it with the "snake" to clear the clog. They were very punctual and accommodating as I had to drive home from work to meet Michael there.

    Clogged shower drain

    Larry from WaterWorks Plumbing did a great job explaining the work and pricing for what needed to be done to clear a clogged shower drain. He additionally suggested some value-added products and services, which I decided to purchase. The work was completed professionally and the outcome was perfect - drain cleared! I was so pleased I signed up for their annual protection plan.

    Leaky shower faucet

    Patrick was able to fix the leaky shower faucet in 20 minutes and the receptionist Ameena was extremley helpful and friendly i would recommend water works to friends and would use them again for any future plumbing issues. overall it was a good experience dealing with water works

    leaking pipe in the basement

    Great service! We appreciate the idea of sending an email with the picture of the person who will be arriving. Patrick was very professional and found a quick solution to our problem. We will call them again!
