    Replacement of flapper valve in an "oddball toilet"

    Todd provided excellent service today, above and beyond what was expected. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and thorough. He truly went 'the extra mile' (several, actually), to get the needed replacement part. He stayed after the work was completed to determine that it was a successful solution. I would also like to commend the pleasant woman ( I believe her name is Amina), who was my initial contact on the phone. She was most helpful. When I needed to locate a plumber for this problem, I consulted this feedback site and made the decision to call WaterWorks based on customer comments. Happy that I did.

    Backed Up Drain

    I called WaterWorks to diagnose a problem with my shower stall. Other companies told me I would have to cut holes and wouldn't properly check what else could be done to fix the problem. WaterWorks was able, with the right tools, to properly snake the drain and avoid an almost $1000 job. I was extremely happy and found they really took the time to help me where others seemed they wanted to make a quick buck. I would recommend this company to anybody!

    Kitchen ceiling below shower appears wet

    I called Waterworks to help me figure out why my kitchen ceiling, which is right below my shower sometimes appears wet. I was worried that they would need to cut into my ceiling to figure out what was going on. Fortunately, the plumber (Todd W) was able to diagnose the problem without needing to cut into the ceiling. He saw that the water was going into cracks in our grout and that all we need to do is to seal up the cracks with some cocking. We really appreciatate Todd taking the time to diagnose the issue without having to cut into our ceiling.

    Laundry Room Drain Backup

    Our beautiful new home was plagued with an odor coming from the floor drain in our laundry room. After trying a few remedies on our own we found WaterWorks on Homestars. Fast forward to today when Michael came to investigate our problem. Fortunately there was not anything major wrong and things cleared up after he flushed our pipe a few times. He also went above and beyond in recommending ways we could prevent this from happening again and took a look at our water main in to the house as we were having some water pressure issues. We could not have been happier with his friendly and professional manner and will not hesitate to contact WaterWorks again for our plumbing needs.

    Toilet & Faucet Repair

    Hi WaterWorks Team, Sorry for the confusion of the booking of the appointment and I am glad it was all sorted out. I am glad I waited because as always WaterWorks is always effective and great. Michael fixed our running toilet and also the bathroom faucet. It is great to know they have all the parts on the trucks and can fix things on the spot. Michael, as always, was pleasant, efficient and highly effective at solving our problems! Thank you for the amazing service experience and taking care of us once again.

    Leak

    Right from booking the appointment with Angela through to the service call from Michael I felt comfortable with WaterWorks. The staff was professional, informative and went over and beyond the call of duty. Not only did Michael fix the leak he completed other projects that were pending. His work ethic is exceptional and I can not praise him and the organization enough. WaterWorks really pulled through for me and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. For any of my future plumbing and drain needed I will call upon WaterWorks to service me again. Thank you once again!

    Fixture Replacement

    I appreciated the telephone appointment confirmation and arrival notifications. The technician [Michael Yuffa] was excellent; pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. His ingenuity & creativity resolved a previously unidentified problem which could have resulted in significant costs if unaddressed. He took the time to discuss various solutions and costs before proceeding. I was extremely pleased with the services received and would not hesitate to recommend this organization.

    Sewage Issue

    We were having an issue with sewer back up and decided to call on WaterWorks to help us resole the issue. Michael came, looked everything over and was able to resolve the issue within the same visit. He was very informative, professional and tidy. Having a customer service experience like that would not make me hesitateat all in the least to call on WaterWorks again for my plumbing and drain issues. Thank you!

    Bathroom sink drain/pipe replacement

    Had to replace drain pipe/trap because old pipe had cracked & corroded and was leaking. Called on a Sunday morning and Michael was onsite within a couple hours. He was polite and knowledgeable, kept us up to date as to how progress was going and had the job done in a reasonable amount of time, cleaning up afterwards as well. He was also able to answer our questions on some upcoming projects to aid in timelines/budgeting which will be helpful. Would not hesitate to call them again.

    Drain clearing

    I called on a Sunday morning and by mid afternoon, Todd came out and fixed up by bathroom sink. It turned out to be a more difficult cleaning than either of us thought it would be. He took the extra time to make sure that the drain was completely clear and free of any obstructions. He was very friendly and helpful and even tightened the bolts on my toilet seat! Would highly recommend their services. Thanks to Todd for giving up his Sunday afternoon to clean my stinky sink.
