    water leak

    Outstanding service! Michael arrived at the arranged time, blue booties and all, and methodically found the source of our leak, explaining every step along the way. The call from the office (Andrea) the following day, to see how everything went was also very much appreciated. I will continue to use Waterworks Plumbing in the future.

    water meter change

    The city was going to change my water meter and according to my reading of the instructions I had to disconnect and move the vanity in front of the meterl. I called Waterworks to do this and when Michael arrived he said there was no need to remove the vanity as there was enough room to make the dhange. He confirmed this with the City support desk. Sure enough when the city worker came he was able to change the water meter in place and I was saved all the trouble and expense of moving the vanity. I was so pleased that Michael knew what was required and didn't have to do needless work. Thank you so much WaterWorks Plumbing

    backed up sewer

    A very ugly,stinky flooded basement situation. The company were very quick to respond. Michael was very professional and reassuring, and Tod went way beyond the call of duty. Excellent work.

    Basement Leak - Outside Pipe

    After going into the basement and discovering water it was a bit alarming, so we called on WaterWorks. The staff was very professional and sent Todd out to help elevate the basement leak. He was able to access and fix the leak within the same visit. Our experience with WaterWorks was non stressful and appreciated having the leak fixed. We highly recommend this organization to those in need of a plumber. Thank you WaterWorks!

    Drain Reroute

    Amazing customer service! We needed some pipes cut and rerouted for a kitchen remodel. Our call was serviced by Todd W. at WaterWorks. He was punctual and very patient, which helped considerably as we have no previous experience with remodelling. He answered all our questions and suggested the best way to get what we wanted. The work was done beautifully and he cleaned up after as well. We're very happy to have found a reliable company as there's tons more work to get done.

    Drain Services

    I called WaterWorks to look at a toilet that was always clogging. Todd came to look at the toilet and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Instead of recommending an expensive and labor-intensive solution, Todd almost immediately identified a problem with the toilet itself. I reinstalled a new toilet the next day and the problem seems to be completely solved. WaterWorks was also very professional and helpful on the phone booking the service and also doing follow-up to ensure I was happy. Their pricing is very clear and competitive. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

    servicing

    This company was easy to work with. Work was done speedily, and the quality of the work was impeccable. Never had such a great experience with a contract before, from the great staff to the efficiency of service. All at a fair price. Would use them again!

    Kitchen sink blockage

    Our kitchen sink was blocked and water was backing up into our dishwasher. We called waterworks on Wednesday at 7:30pm and Mike was here the following day at 11am. He explained what he would need to do and the cost. Since our dishwasher is broken he even offered to clean out the water. Mike was friendly and helpful. We have a bathroom reno coming up and we plan to call Mike back to complete it for us.

    Installed luxery toilet

    We had a every porcher toliet and after 5 years there were no parts available. We had to replace the whole thing. I would not recommend anyone this product. WaterWorks sent Michael down and within one hour everything was working and useable. WaterWorks save the day more then once here, and I am turly greatful.

    Leak in ceiling

    He was early, and very friendly. Came in and took a look at the problem right away at our office and figured out how to fix it. He also went to another location for us early as well to take a look at the problems we were having there. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help in the GTA.
